"Loved the location of the villa. Awesome to walk out onto the back porch and sip coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise. The kids loved this location. Kids could fish and swim from the dock. We had 8 people staying there and sleeping worked out great for all of us ...including the semi-private room. We had a couple issues, but the owner was very quick to respond. Owner had several fishing poles and swimming noodles for our use, which worked out nicely. Saw a manatee swim past the dock and a lot of other marine life right in from of the villa. I would definitely stay here again. My kids are begging to go back soon."

"The house in Duck Key suited our needs perfectly. It was well equipped, had a nice view of the canal and a super outside deck which is where we spent alot of our time there! The use of kayaks was a nice touch! It was quite quiet but handy for visiting other sites in the keys. Not many restaurants there but close enough to Marathon.
Tennis at nearby Hawks Cay Resort was nice too.
John the owner was very good with communication by email."

"We stayed at this duplex for 10 days along with our good friends. The duplex was very spacious, comfortable and welcoming. We cannot say enough about the experience. Mari, the owner was a gem to work with and went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect at the duplex. We had a minor issue with a slider door and Mari's husband had it fixed by the next morning. We mentioned that it would be nice to have a coffee carafe to take out to the patio, and she purchase one for us that afternoon. The duplex was spotless and even better than in the pics! The yard and the heated pool were amazing. Duck Key is great because it is in the middle keys and everything is so close by, including great restaurants. The Theatre by the Seas and the Aquarium Encounters are a must see and only 15 minutes away. So how good was this duplex? Already booked again for next year!"

"We love this place. We rented one half of house. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom which is really nice. The beds were comfortable. The unit was nicely furnished and recently redecorated. The unit is not real large but plenty big for a vacation. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes and glasses. The only surprise was there is no dishwasher, we all took turns washing dishes. The yard is really nice with plenty of chairs, shade and right on the canal. We had the best time sitting there fishing and relaxing. We caught a lot of different fish and really had fun. There is a fishing cleaning station with running water right by the canal. There is a gas grill and a freezer to put caught fish in. We ate fish several nights and took some home.
The pool area was very clean and nice to sit or nap by, unfortunately the water was a little to cold for swimming, it will be much warmer within the next month. The two units share the outside areas which worked well for us, we had wonderful neighbors.
The rental manager; Jackie was excellent, we locked ourselves out of the unit and she had someone there within an hour and did not get mad at us about the inconvenience.
I would highly recommend this place if you want to relax and like to fish. Next time we come to the Keys we will definitely try to stay here. Duck Key is close to shopping and restaurants. We drove to Key West one day and it is about 60 miles which was easily doable."
