Relaxation at it's finest!
"My husband and I booked this to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. When we arrived, Blake was there to show us around and give us some suggestions on fishing, sightseeing and dinning. When we walked in the house we were just amazed at the beautiful views from every window in the house. The house was clean. The house had enough pots, pan, dishes, and towels for your needs. Some seasonings and condiments are at the house so I suggest making a grocery list after you have inspected the cabinets and refrigerator before going to the grocery store. We were able to catch lobster and cook it that same night. Best dinner we have ever had! The kayaks were a blast. Dinner on the deck at sunset every night was amazing. We watched a sea turtle give us a show everyday. We saw an octopus and have some amazing video of it. A couple of suggestions...a diver down flag would have made us feel more safe while snorkeling. The cabinets in the bathrooms need repairs. The only negative thing for me was the iguanas. I thought the island only had a couple and they were everywhere! My husband seemed to be amused by them. We would love to stay there again!!!"

Excellent set up, wonderful location, perfect for multiple couples or families, especially w/boats
"I was planning a "diving/lobstering/fishing" trip with my good friends, brother from out of state, and two boats we trailered down from Tampa. We needed accomodations for 9 people, including 3 couples, and enough dockage for 2 boats. Seeing pictures and descriptions on the internet is one thing, seeing it in person is another. Tim assured me this would be a great place for us, and after staying here for a week everyone loved it. From the wonderfully appointed kitchen where we cooked and ate 95% of all our meals while staying (and saving us a LOT of money in the process) to the location, wonderful pool, great dockage for our boats, and convenient location for both Gulf and Atlantic boating, we all had a great time. Beds and furniture were nicely appointed, there were two laundry rooms, a pool table, large living room where we all gathered to talk or play cards at night, and the AC kept up with 9 people in the middle of summer. The bait freezer was a huge help for our fishing needs as was the additional fridge/freezer in the downstairs suite. Even though there were 9 people, we never felt cramped or crowded and were all able to have privacy if we wanted it. Cleanup of our dive and fishing gear as well as filleting of fish caught or lobster snagged was very easy as well. All in all I can't think of much that would have improved our stay except maybe an elevator from the bottom floor to the main floor on the top, but hey most of us can stand some extra exercise, right? :)"

"This was our second stay in Cindy and Tom's home. The kitchen is beautiful! We were able to have several people cooking and my granddaughter practicing her cartwheels without getting in each other's way! The location, dock and pool were perfect for our family. The master bedroom and newly renovated downstairs are awesome! We Enjoyed the daily visits from the iguanas! I'm hoping we can come back soon. Thank you so much!"

"My husband and I found Jerry and Deborah's wonderful Long Key property when they had had a cancellation. We stayed in the smallest unit, which is the perfect size for two people. The small floor space is used very effectively, and the kitchen and bath are nicely appointed. I found everything I needed to cook, including a strainer to rinse quinoa! We have a lovely view from the small deck, and the common area has lots of equipment to make your stay interesting. Jerry and Deborah have been most helpful. This is a great place!"
