"If you want to relax and enjoy this is the place. We spent our days hiking, fishing, and sightseeing in Micanopy, Gainesville, and St. Augustine and enjoyed every bit of it. The older model manufacture home is backwoods, spacious, with a large yard and a clear lake. The place is pet friendly and Cathy was easy to work with."

"Anchor Point cottage was more than we had expected – the cottage itself was roomy with well- appointed rooms and two large baths. The kitchen had everything you would need even for a large group. I especially liked the large deck that faced the channels that ran behind the cottage. While my husband kayaked, I enjoyed a good read with a great view. Birds of all kinds and a great bird book available to identify them. The cottage is located at the end of the street so it is very private and quiet, but still close to the town itself. Snow birds would love this cottage."

"We had a wonderful time. We brought our boat and our 'canine/child' and it was just perfect. There is some construction/ improvements going on but it doesn't interfere with the rental at all. The house was very clean and well equipped. The vibe is unpretentious but everywhere there are little touches that show an artist's eye for detail. It's truly charming and the owner is a doll!"
