  • Great Get Away!

"The house has plenty of room!! We love sitting outside, so the screen room was awesome. Everyone around was very nice. The canal is a little shallow but if you plan your fishing trips around the tide you will be just fine. We took our 19' Palm Beach with 4 adults, we left 4 hours before high tide and returned 3 hours before low and got in and out fine. Like everything in life it just takes some planning. We are already looking at other weekends this year to rent it again!!"

  • The Makings of a Great Vacation

"Loved every minute of out stay! House was a great place with great views of the water and the private dock was perfect for fishing or just sitting. We saw every kind of bird, including a flamingo, had our own alligator to observe and watched racoons fish. The furniture was very comfortable as were the beds. Only issue was the water in the kitchen and second bath...it smelled and tasted terrible. In the master bath it was fine. Guess place either has two seperate systems, or filtration system was not working properly. Reported that and was assured it would be looked at. Only downside and it was not a biggy. We will return. Cedar Key is funky great, fishing is wonderful."

North Florida Vacation Rentals Provide Plenty of Fun

Popular during the winter with snowbirds and retirees, the area has plenty to see and do and most places are within a 90-minute pleasant drive of either coast.
