  • Outstanding property

"Wonderful condo. My husband and stayed a week for a special occasion and so much wish we could have extended our stay. The unit was very clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool and beach are steps away. The owner was very easy to work with and we will certainly be back. Cannot reccomend highly enough."

  • Kids love pools!

"Private, quiet, and relaxing home. The kids enjoyed the private pool. We enjoyed the large wide beach. Found some great shells, and sharks teeth. We would recommend the home for families looking for an easy going relaxing beach trip."

  • Perfect!

"Just returned from my business / pleasure trip and loved staying in this condo. Beautifully decorated, maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your trip. It's bright and cheery, immaculate, and looks even better in person. And, even though you're literally steps from the pool and beach and there are people around, the minute you step inside, all is quiet. I took my 37 year old neice who was just diagnosed with MS, and I was recovering from minor surgery so we both needed some rejuvenation and relaxation. We found it here. If you've never been to Amelia Island, you're in for a very different beach experience. No high-rise hotels and condos, no traffic snarls and not a t-shirt shop to be found! This is a completely natural environment with moss-draped oaks, magnolias, fantail ferns, and every kind of wildlife you could imagine (all safe-no alligators!). The paved walking trails wind in and out of the woods and are cool, shaded, and endless.....all over the island. I've been to beaches all along the Atlantic and Gulf, in California, Mexico, Martha's Vineyard, and even the south of France and there's nothing that compares to this experience, made all the better when staying in a beautiful condo."

  • Great getaway on a great island

"We found this unit for a last minute trip for our first visit to Amelia Island. Madeline and Tony were a pleasure to work with and their unit had all the amenities you would need to cook and be comfortable during your stay. Easy to find, ample parking, an elevator to help with heavy bags, there's a grocery store nearby, and best of all-- the views! The beach was a quick walk down the stairs and over the dunes. We saw some dolphins on our last morning and it was the best ending to a great weekend. Amelia Island is a great place to visit (the downtown area is about 15 minutes away by car). The condo's area is quieter so you don't feel overwhelmed with crowds if you're visiting during the busy season. Thanks again for a wonderful stay; will recommend to friends and family!!"
