Great condo-for family vacation
"My husband and I along with our 8 year old son and my mother in law just stayed a week here. It was great!! The grounds are beautiful and the pool area is perfect- shady in afternoon when you are hot after day at the beach. The beach was perfect- we found shark teeth right outside. There are chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and sand toys to take out to the beach. The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet at night. It is a great place to stay-- we want to come back next year!!"

"We just returned from our first visit to this area. We feel like we "hit the jackpot" with this condo! It is clean, comfortable, and offers all the amenities anyone could ask for. The beach is beautiful, and the views from the balcony are spectacular. Just pack your clothes and sunscreen...that's all you will need. Thank you Debbie for letting us celebrate our 25th in such a beautiful setting!"

"My husband, 3 year old son and I spent 6/8-6/13 at B106. The unit is in a great location. First floor with one of the pools a few steps away. You can hear and see the ocean and it is the closest you can get in this community to the ocean. It is a short walk to the beach, maybe 4-5 minutes, which is great. The condo is well stocked, well maintained and just as pictured. You really cannot hear your neighbors unless they are outside; between units we did not hear anything. Jerri has plenty of boogie boards, sand toys and tools, a few beach/lounge chairs to take to the beach---all of which are great so you don't have to lug chairs with you if you are driving into town. There is great sidewalk path to walk, ride bikes, or run and I felt very safe doing so every morning. Plenty of shops, restaurants not too far away and there are several grocery stores close by.
Jerri was easy to communicate with and prompt with emails and prompt when we had a question about wifi password. There is very fast internet service and as she states on general information hanging on the fridge the cell service is terrible but that is not their fault; the cell phones work fine outside of the unit and great on the beach. As far as the beach is concerned plenty of space and even if there are lots of people there you don't feel it is crowded and you are fighting for space to sit and sprawl and play. That goes same for the pool. Never crowded and plenty of chairs.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Amelia Island and highly recommend B106 Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. You won't be disappointed!"

"Wonderful home! We had a great time and had plenty of space for both families. My grandsons 12,11 & 8 were delighted they could walk to the beach and still see us on the patio. We used the grill twice and boy does that save money when you're feeding 8 people. The first few days the boys played Monopoly.Thank you for providing an alternative to their "devices". Hope to be back next year!"
