Great family vacation spot
"We LOVED this condo for our weeklong family vacation. We have a 3 year old and a non-walking 1 year old, so the ground floor access was perfect. The kids could run (and crawl!) in and out of the condo to play in the grassy area off both patios. Easy access to beach and both pools, with great views of water from every room. Super quiet and well-equipped, the furniture was comfortable and attractive. The condo is a great size (even bigger than it looks in the photos) and we will certainly be back."

"We had a great stay. Everything we needed was provided. Clean, convenient, beautiful unit. Beautiful beach easy access to beach and pool. Fun bike trails too. This is our second stay in this unit and we will return again."

"Although there were two of us, this unit appears sufficiently spacious for a large family or group. It is updated and has the expected furnishings. The location is very good, as long as your not fixated on an ocean view or expect to be within a few steps. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and was very convenient. The quality of the beach exceeded our expectations-very nice white sand and it was not at all crowded. The property is located in a nice area and the security gate provides a measure of comfort. We rented bikes and biked to both ends of the island which was great. Also ate on the river at Brett's and on the beach at Sliders-both fun and good. Although we did not have time, the downtown area appears fun. Fort Clinch was fantastic (including the tree canopy bike ride to it)-this is a real hidden gem and restored and we were there when re-enacters on site. Overall we would return"

"Villa C was exactly as the pictures depicted. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We love the fact that there were no stairs and very private bedrooms with their own baths across from the main house. The layout of the property was perfect for our family members that have health issues and difficulty with stairs. Even the boardwalk had seating areas perfect for viewing the ocean without having step out onto the beach.
It was great to be able to bring our furry family member with us! The courtyard was great for those times that we didn't want to leash her.
The boardwalk to the beach has two seating areas, which made a great place to sit with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean in the mornings or the moonrise over the ocean in the evenings.
We highly recommend Brett's Café! The food is amazing and the portions are more than ample for the price. It's location provides a great dining experience for the entire family.
This place was absolutely perfect for our family's needs. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family, or to rent again!
Dorothy Trent provided wonderful customer service when I needed assistance with a personal matter, not regarding the property itself. Thanks so much for your help!"
