  • Hidden Treasure

"We had a wonderful week in this well-appointed, CLEAN and NEW townhome which was perfectly located for every convenience in Amelia Island! The gated and quiet community was safe and very private, yet just steps away from the pool and a minute drive to the beach where we could easily park and walk right on to the beach. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and spacious. The owner was helpful and accessible for all of our questions and the booking and check-in processes were seamless. My teenage daughter and I took advantage of many of the activities on the island--Jet Skiing, Segway tour, downtown shopping and dining at numerous restaurants, plus lots of beach time. This one is a "10" and we will definitely be back again on our next vacation!"

  • Great Vacation

"This condo is absolutely wonderful. Very clean and spacious. We were looking for a place to relax and enjoy the Shrimp Festival, and we found it. Walk to beach and pool was very easy. Linens and towels were first class. We followed your instructions about entering the place and finding keys and did not have any trouble. All of us agreed this was a great vacation. Thank you Debra. I hope we make it back soon. Sue"

  • Wonderful Experience

"I can highly recommend this lovely condo on Amelia Island. The property was spotless, clearly is regularly updated and completely equipped- we lacked for nothing. Sheets, towels, soaps, paper goods and a kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, tools, plates, glasses etc. The views are indeed amazing. The condo is truly waterfront and we especially appreciated the additional (at many time superior) views out the side windows. There are really two suites- a Master with a king bed and private bath and the second BR had 2 Queen beds and an adjoining bath but it was especially nice (we were 4 adults) that the second BR/Ba had a privacy door so the guests there had the ability to get up in the night and use the BR in privacy- a nice feature. The owner has clearly been doing this a while and was prompt with responses and has a system in place to make the transaction go smoothly. The binder with restaurant tips, things to do etc was a great resource! Love Amelia Island- plenty to do but not a lot of congestion. Lots of great beach access, good tourist shops and good basic shopping (Wal-mart, Publix, Winn-Dixie etc) and great restaurants. We enjoyed the historic walking tour in Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch and day trips to St Augustine (Flagler College tour) and Jacksonville (great history museum). Would recommend this condo to anyone and will return ourselves."

  • Great getaway on a great island

"We found this unit for a last minute trip for our first visit to Amelia Island. Madeline and Tony were a pleasure to work with and their unit had all the amenities you would need to cook and be comfortable during your stay. Easy to find, ample parking, an elevator to help with heavy bags, there's a grocery store nearby, and best of all-- the views! The beach was a quick walk down the stairs and over the dunes. We saw some dolphins on our last morning and it was the best ending to a great weekend. Amelia Island is a great place to visit (the downtown area is about 15 minutes away by car). The condo's area is quieter so you don't feel overwhelmed with crowds if you're visiting during the busy season. Thanks again for a wonderful stay; will recommend to friends and family!!"
