  • The Perfect Spot

"This was our fourth trip to Amelia and our second time staying at 2071 Beachwood. This condo is truly a gem. We previously stayed at a higher priced condo that was nowhere near as comfortable or clean as this. And you can barely get a hotel room for the price of this condo! This is just the spot where I want to come and relax after a day at the beach. Tasteful, comfortable furnishings, plenty of TVs, games, books, washer/dryer, beach chairs, toys, umbrella. Absolutely everything you need. Robin and Helen are a pleasure to work with and have really thought of everything. The resort is nice too. Although we haven't shopped or dined at any of the Omni offerings (we like to go into town in the evenings) we did take advantage of the lovely running / biking trail (with access right in front of the condo!). We're already planning next year's trip and plan to stay longer this time! You can't beat 2071 Beachwood."

  • Sweetwater pool is sweet!

"4 couples had a wonderful time at this warm, welcoming and beautiful house. We were there for a wedding at the Omni (which was beautiful and the best dinner we've ever had at a wedding) and had decided to make a vacation of it. The pool was THE hit...we did little to no sightseeing. We just relaxed and enjoyed being together. We did eat at 2 very good restaurants: shuckers...don't be fooled by it's looks. Also, Sliders in fernandino beach. Harris teeter 2 mins away. We grilled out 4 times...would have been nice to have a gas grill, but charcoal works. There was no blender...only item not available. Everything else was well-supplied. We bought a blender and left it for next occupants. Golf cart was fun."

  • Amazing views and wonderful space for children!

"We had a great week at Beach Walker. The views of both ocean and intracoastal are absolutely amazing! Our kids LOVED the loft area. The walk to the beach and pool were easy and the location is close to shops and restaurants. The kids have already asked if we can come back here next year! The owner has been great to deal with and quick with communication. Thanks for a great week."

  • Wonderful unit that exceeds expectations

"Amelia Island has been our family's annual beach vacation for over 20 years. We have stayed in various units within AIP and a few outside of AIP. Of all the places we have stayed, this unit is by far our favorite. The ocean views spectacular as were the sunset views by just turning our heads from the dining room table. Being an end unit and top floor, enables that great view of both the ocean and marsh area from the dining room. The two bedrooms also offer a great view looking out over the island and the marsh. Designated covered parking next to the elevator is wonderful. I can recall the many times we had to search & search for a parking space at other units with the end result being a very long walk. When it's raining and you have your hands full of groceries that's not fun. Another plus is the short walk down the beach to the Omni Hotel. Omni purchased AIP a few years ago and the food is now fantastic. We ate lunch & dinner at Oceanside Grill and a dinner at Sunrise Cafe. Our meals there were fantastic and priced very reasonably. In the past we have always driven to Fernandina when dining out as there are some great restaurants in town. This trip we only ate once in Fernandina as it was so convenient to walk down the beach for great food with an equally great view. We can't wait to go back!"
