GREAT CONDO FEATURES & LOCATION @ A REASONABLE RATE
"I RENTED THIS UNIT FOR 8 WEEKS WHILE ATTENDING CANCER TREATMENT AT THE UNIV OF FL PROTON INSTITUTE NEARBY. THE LOCATION WITHIN THE OMNI PLANTATION AMELIA ISLAND IS RIGHT IN THE CENTER OF ACTIVITY FOR BEACH, POOL, SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. THIS CONDO IS ON THE TOP (4TH FLOOR) AND IS VERY QUIET. THERE IS A BALCONY THAT OVERLOOKS A TREE AREA FOR PRIVACY AND SUNLIGHT. THE UNIT HAS 3 FLAT SCREEN TV'S WITH CABLE AND INTERNET AND IS COMPLETELY FURNISHED WITH ANY TOWELS, SHEETS, OR COOKING EQUIPMENT YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED. THERE ARE ALSO 2 BIKES AND 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND AN BEACH UMBRELLA STORED IN THE UNIT. THE OMNI FEATURES MANY BIKE AND WALKING PATHS FOR EXERCISE.
OVERALL THE AREA IS INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL. JUST A SHORT DRIVE TO THE NORTH IS THE QUAINT AND ROMANTIC TOWN OF FERNANDINA, WITH MANY SHOPS, A SATURDAY FARMERS MARKET, MANY RESTAURANTS,
AND LOCAL ARTIST DISPLAYING THEIR ARTWORK. VERY CLOSE TO THE CONDO IS A HARRRIS TEETER GROCERY STORE, LIQUOR STORE, FUEL STATION, LADIES CLOTHING STORE, AND SEVERAL OFF PROPERTY RESTAURANTS FAVORED BY LOCALS. I ESPECIALLY LIKED BARZHEN. THE OWNER OF THE CONDO ALONG WITH AMELIA RENTALS WERE GREAT TO WORK WITH AND I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO FOR A BRIEF OR LOND STAY. PAUL/MEMPHIS, TN"

"My husband and I and 2 other couples stayed here for the Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance. We have stayed in a chain hotel previously and wish we had discovered this condo and the Plantation sooner. The owner was very helpful and was it was very easy doing business with him. We had never been there before and he sent very detailed instructions that we had no trouble following. It is decorated beautifully and we enjoyed spending time there instead of going out. The bedrooms are on the lower level and it's very quiet, even when others are still upstairs. There are restaurants and shops close by on the Plantation and a shuttle to take you wherever you wish. After going out the first 2 nights, we decided on the 3rd night to go pick up food at the market near the shops and bring it "home" to eat. On the 4th and last night, we were tired from the car show and stayed in and had snacks for dinner. The pool and beach are very close and easy to get to. You can even use a barbeque cooker by the pool if you wish. It would be a great place to cook a meal because of a good sized kitchen and dining room. A great place to meet friends and family. We hope to go back again."

"We loved staying in this condo!! The condo was very clean and up to date. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You can see the sun rise and watch dolphins swim by in the surf. The bedrooms have a view all the way to Fernandina and the gorgeous sunsets. A reserved parking space is a big plus. The kids LOVED the loft and the bunk beds. I did have two small complaints. The wifi kept cutting out and we had to unplug it and reset it at least two to three times a day. This was more a problem for my kids because I enjoyed being "unplugged"! The other complaint was the dryer made a nails on the chalkboard squeaking sound. We just made sure to dry clothes when we were out at the pool!! These two small items would not keep me from staying here again because it is a beautiful place."
