  • Great Trip

"We come to Ferdandina Beach every year and this is our second time staying at an Omni Resort on Amelia Plantation. This was not the condo we originally looked at, but when the one we chose was booked during our time period, Ryan responded quickly with a perfect alternative that was in our price range. He was great to work with. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked inside, with a big pool, great view and easy beach access. There were only two of us so we had plenty of room to spread out, but there is a second bedroom with 2 single beds for kids. The Plantation has great roads and trails for running and biking and Amelia Island in general is a great place for using a bike to get around. We go out to eat every night because we think the dining in Amelia Island is awesome. Our favorites are Sliders (on the beach) and Cafe Karibo, 29 South & Joe's 2nd Street Bistro downtown. I have familly and friends that vacation in Fernandina every year and I have recommend this condominium and Destination Amelia to them."

  • Great view close to the beach!

"This condo has a great view of the beach and ocean. The area was very quiet and peaceful. However both bathrooms need some updating. Everything worked in the condo, but the main bathtub / shower had a big chip in the floor and the faucet & shower head hardware in both baths were in poor condition but were working. One of the hair dryers didn't work. Kitchen, living room and bedrooms were in good condition. Building and grounds were well maintained and in a nice quiet area of the Omni Plantation resort area."

"My family and I spent 4 nights at Jaymie's condo. We have visited Amelia Island Plantation many times over the years, and have rented other condos as well as stayed at the hotel. When I contacted Jaymie several months ago, her place was already reserved for our dates, which were over Thanksgiving. I reserved at the hotel, but she contacted me several months later to say the other guests had cancelled and was I still interested. I canceled the hotel and rented from Jaymie, being very impressed that she was so organized as to have kept my contact information for so many months. Over the last 4 years we have rented in excess of 60 apartments across the US and Europe, and Jaymie's is one of the best. Her property is very nicely maintained, well decorated and in a great location on the Plantation. It is not too far from the hotel and village, yet it is far enough to not be affected by the comings and goings of either. Very peaceful, no noise, steps to the ocean and pool, comfortable beds and lots of towels and blankets. Everything you need is there for you, and she is great to work with. I highly recommend Jaymie's condo; we will return!"

  • Great location and Fabulous Condo

"I rented this condo over Labor Day weekend. Since the Omni now owns Amelia Island Plantation it was a busy weekend but that's great for the economic. Everyone enjoyed the lounge and bar to listen to Gary play and watch football too. This condo was in a great location; easy access to the beach during the day and the Omni sometimes in the evening. I loved the pool area. It was very private & you had some shade too. Extremely nice condo. Glenn was very easy to deal with. Very prompt to respond to emails about all of the logistics. I will definitely rent this unit again. Lots of Fun and FABULOUS time."
