"We love the ocean. When we get to visit Amelia Island, we spend at least six hours every day surfing and playing at Huguenot Memorial Park. We park on the beach loaded with everything we could possibly need that day.
This villa was perfect for our needs! It was close to Huguenot. It had a private courtyard to keep our surfboards safely outside. After spending the day on the beach, coming "home" and heading straight to the rocking chairs on the screened porch with an iced coffee was wonderfully relaxing!
Then, my two teenage daughters would help me cook dinner. We would all sit around the dining table surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and re-live our day and make plans to go back the next day. (Did I mention we love the beach?!) One evening we were able to entertain our friends for dinner, Jim and Debi who own Fort George Surf Shop. They, too, were impressed with the villa.
The kitchen was great, had every small appliance and gadget you could need. The dishes were beautiful.
Everything was clean and high quality.
Even the drive to the villa through the resort was amazing with all the live oak trees canopied over the road. We truly experienced a vacation!
Oh, if you arrive after dark, get clear directions from the security guard. It's like driving through a dark jungle if you aren't familiar with the resort!"

"We loved staying in this condo!! The condo was very clean and up to date. The view from the balcony was beautiful. You can see the sun rise and watch dolphins swim by in the surf. The bedrooms have a view all the way to Fernandina and the gorgeous sunsets. A reserved parking space is a big plus. The kids LOVED the loft and the bunk beds. I did have two small complaints. The wifi kept cutting out and we had to unplug it and reset it at least two to three times a day. This was more a problem for my kids because I enjoyed being "unplugged"! The other complaint was the dryer made a nails on the chalkboard squeaking sound. We just made sure to dry clothes when we were out at the pool!! These two small items would not keep me from staying here again because it is a beautiful place."

"From start to finish, my experience with the owner, Jaymie Salley, exceeded my expectations! She was very sweet, had great follow up and was very accommodating. We have been coming to Amelia for the past seven years and this was our favorite place to date by far! The condo exceeded our expectations and was even better than pictures show (if you can imagine that). It was very clean, spacious and has great access to the beach, pool and parking. My daughter loved the fact that she could literally walk to the pool all by herself...it was THAT close! I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the entire property was...perfect for our annual girs' trip with my mom! I loved being able to pull to the front door and unload our luggage and groceries without having to worry about finding a luggage cart and taking the elevator to get to our room! Even my five year old is asking when we are going back! It was a very relaxing, fun and enjoyable week where lots of memories were made! A big thank you to Jaymie and her husband for keeping the condo updated and immaculate! We very much enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be booking our annual trip for this property!"
