  • Perfect place to be at the ocean

"The photographs online don't do justice for this condo. Not only was the condo a pleasant surprise, but the view of the beach was wonderful. All amenities and more were provided for in and out of the condo. Great for two couple getaway with room to spare. We enjoy cooking and found the kitchen fully stocked with most any gadget that you would need to prepare a gourmet meal"

  • Wonderful Vacation

"We stayed in this villa during the week of the 4th of July, and we loved it. We enjoyed the fireworks and the view was magnificent. It is even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures show. The villa is updated, very clean, and has a great balcony space. The owners were great to work with from the initial contact throughout our stay and were quick to respond to questions we had. We have been coming to Amelia for 10 years, and we have never rented a villa where each bedroom had its own bathroom. Because we had small children, having the bedrooms on a different floor from the living quarters was ideal. The Mickey-Mouse shaped pool was a huge plus for our toddler grandchildren and is only steps from the villa. The pool area has plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and features a covered area with tables. We enjoyed the grill area beside the pool. The beach is very clean and only a short walk from the pool. We definitely recommend this villa for family vacations and can't wait to return next year. We can't say enough about this villa and owners-you will definitely get your money's worth by staying here."

  • Beautiful, quiet spot

"Amelia Island was a revelation to us. You can do as little or as much as you want here, from rest and relaxation to cycling, beachcombing, hiking, kayaking and golf to name some. If your stay extends for any length of time, we suggest the Amelia River Cruise Cumberland Island boat tour and a visit to the local museum for the 8 Flags history presentation. Shopping and terrific dining choices abound, specifically in Fernandina Beach and the Plantation. The unit itself is located in a quiet area of like structures--maybe 20 on one side of the road that border the second hole of the Oak Marsh golf course and 20 on the other border a nature area. Each grouping has its own pool (not heated). Walk the golf course or the winding roads of the adjacent housing area which is beautiful. The entire area is secure and very well maintained, daily. Our unit filled the bill for what we were looking for. However, especially for extended stays, we would suggest that some cleaning equipment (mops), cleaning supplies, and some additional pots and pans be made available. All in all, a wonderful experience."

  • Great Time

"We had a great time at the condo. Everything was in good condition and we felt right at home. The pool was very convenient and a short walk to the beach. We look forward to coming back."
