  • A lovely, comfortable, well-situated condo.

"This condo backs up to dunes in a state park. It is a quiet area with a 2-block walk to the beach. Furnished in very good taste, providing the renter with a well-decorated, fully-stocked home away from home. It is outfitted with games, books, maps, guide books, tips on interesting places to visit. This is a good area for biking or walking. We enjoyed our visit and plan to return next year."

  • Amazing Cottage and View!

"My family of 4 spent a week here over Spring Break and are already making plans to return next year! The minute you walk in, a gorgeous view of the ocean greets you. It is unbelievable how close you are! We had a view of the water from our bedroom, and the first morning I woke up to the sunrise and a dolphin swimming in the surf. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. So many books and games, plus beach toys, beach chairs and towels, umbrellas, and boogie boards, etc. There is an outdoor shower and hose to keep the sand off, which was very convenient. It was great to have a washer/dryer too. The cottage was immaculate. Great location -- we rented bikes for the week and biked to Fort Clinch and Egan's Creek Greenway, as well as restaurants in the area. Marlee was great to work with and always readily available. Can't say enough about how great this vacation was and we can't wait to return!"

  • Lovely historic home, friendly neighborhood

"Fernandina Beach in March is just right. The weather is mild to warm; the beach and roads are uncrowded. Coquina Cottage is situated in the historic district...a short walk to the many downtown restaurants, coffee shop, library and harbor. A great location. The house is very comfortable and spacious....it feels like home. The owners take excellent care of the house and it's guests. They make sure your questions are answered and needs are met."

  • Charming little gem

"My husband and I was looking for a laid back get away and Amelia Island fit the bill. Finding this property was heaven sent. Perfect location, perfect space, the condo was very comfortable and clean. Watching the unobstructed view of the sunrise over the ocean from the living room couch while sipping a cup of coffee was one of our fav moments in this charming condo. We enjoyed taking long leisure walks on the beach (which our little Maltese enjoyed very much) and biked downtown each day. Depending on how fast you go, but it easily took us roughly 15-20 minutes each way. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Thinking of coming back next year!"
