"This was a special vacation and just the right spot for it. Four High School friend together for the first time in 41 years. This cozy & comfortable spot where the sun rises in the middle of the deck. Everything in walking distance and the people were great also. I'll definitely come back. Treat yourself, this one is great!!"

"This is a nice modest condo in a very quiet community. The walk to the beach would be too far for small children. It is shorter if you take the private pathway but it is just that, a pathway. We had no problems at the condo we rented scooters for the week and rode them all over the island. This was our 1st trip to Amelia island. It is a very quiet beach town. It was nice to have the available chairs to carry to the beach. It was nice to have the board games for the rainy times which for us unfortunately was a part of daily life. The waves are fun at the beach and lots of shells to comb through. The state park is beautiful and we enjoyed our tour of the fort. The kitchen was wonderful. I loved the set up of this condo and the screened porch is a huge bonus!!! This is where board games were played. The pizza place in the publix shopping center has the best pizza! And the ice-cream store next door was great and convenient. Do not miss out on Nana Teresa's bakery (I believe that is right) in the historic area, the best pastries ever! The historic district is a fun visit. Amelia island is very close to great shopping in Jacksonville as well! Thanks a billion!"

Our 2th stay in this condo! The host is very helpful!
"Our 4th visit at Amelia Island. Last year we came in May with our 2 small grandkids and their parents. A great time for everybody, specially with the pool and beach so close. An other thing about this condo, is their occupants. They are so welcoming and helpful. The Island are both quiet, interesting, easy to get around even with a bicycle. Nice sidewalks everywhere. A skateboard ramp, playground and basketball area close to the condo. Great, if you have youngsters traveling with you. No smoking allowed in any condos, pool or at the balcony. Take a trip to the Statepark, museums, see the sunset from Amelia old town, listen to the music in the bars and eat good food! In the weekend, theres a lot going on in Old town Amelia."

Fernandina...have yourself a rejuvenating vacation without dealing with the masses
"Great cozy get-away spot. Everything you need for a great vacation is only a short distance away. Whether you want to dive in and explore what Amelia Island has to offer or simply have a nice beach without crowds of people around, this location will have you covered. I would recommend this unit just as quickly as I would stay here again. Also there is a rinse-off shower under the stairs to help manage the sand. At the end of a great vacation day, it was great to have such a cozy unit to go back to that helped it feel like a home away from home."
