"This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the ocean. The beach is only a few steps away. The view is awesome and watching the sunrise from the balcony is a great way to start your day. It is clean and neat and the the owners are great. Its quiet with little traffic and is close to everything. I would recommend this place to families with children and anyone looking for a hassle free vacation."

"We had a great stay. Place has been well maintained. It's nicely furnished, clean, and everything worked properly. There were no surprises. Owner gave us time to settle in, and then came down to make sure everything was satisfactory. This set the mood for a great vacation. Sliding door to side deck is convenient to take dog out. Only one house away from beach. And only one block from Main Beach park, Putt-putt, Skateboardboard park, and Sandy Bottoms restaurant. Near Ft Clinch park entrance, and near historic downtown with all restaurants. I appreciate that the house did not have an excessive amount of signs telling you what you must do or must not do. Owners are well established in the community and were very considerate hosts during our stay. It didn't pose a problem, but I might say the master bed was too soft because of the 3" foam pad, but my wife like it. This was our 3rd stay at Fernandina beach, and all accommodations have been to our liking."

"The Casa de Linda is a great house. The pictures online don't do it justice. It is MUCH bigger and nicer in person. The location is great because it's on the northern end of the island and there are no crowds. The views are wonderful, but he beach in front of the house is quite shelly. And they are sharp. My daughter cut her foot pretty badly on one and my grandson got pretty scraped up riding his boogie board. I don't know if it's always like that or not, but we drove down to the south end a couple of days to play. The beach down there was flatter and had a lot less crunched up shells.
The house itself is well stocked with everything you need, especially the kitchen. It was great to find a crock pot. We actually used it two days and supper was ready when we came in off the beach! There are lots beach towels and toys that other guest have left behind.
The only complaint I have is that both of my granddaughters' bicycles were stolen from under the house. I'm not sure if it happened at night, or while we were gone to the beach. There is a storage room down there, I wish we had locked them up, but really didn't think anyone would steal them.
The historic district is just a few miles from the house. We had a great time exploring there.
There are really neat restaurants and music venues down there."

"We stayed a week here and absolutely loved it! The condo is beautifully decorated and has a lovely view of the ocean. It was so great to be able to walk to the pool or beach within a few minutes. I was able to play tennis on their great clay courts daily which are also located right there. I would highly recommend this property to others. We will be going back!!"
