"The overall experience was great, but there are drawbacks, especially for renters who must fly to get here. First and foremost, this is a beach rental property that is "pet friendly", and from that aspect, can't be beat. The beach is huge, almost private, and pristine in appearance. The house has plenty of space for everyone; four beautiful bedrooms, and a basement area made up as a makeshift bedroom. Great appliances in the kitchen, but no herbs or spices, only salt and pepper. There are plenty of sheets for the beds, and towels for the bathrooms and beach, but they are worn, and should be replaced. The laundry has excellent appliances and space. There are no beach chairs, and the deck chairs are in poor condition. There are a couple of boogie boards and some beach toys, probably left by previous renters. The dining and living room areas are great; lots of space, large dining table, enormous couch for relaxing, and fantastic entertainment center with large flat-screen TV and cable access. The house has WiFi, but it works marginally throughout the house, as it is located in the basement. The property is gated in the front for additional privacy, and adds to the safety for a pet one might let out at night to do its duty. There is plenty of parking, and room to move vehicles around, and a two car garage that is not cluttered, as many Florida garages are. I would recommend this rental for anyone able to drive there, and bring the things it lacks, but for those who must fly, I'm not sure it is worth the rental price."
