"We just spent 2 weeks in a perfect condo at Flagler Beach. We had stayed at this location last year, so we were really looking forward to it this year, We were not disappointed. The beach is quiet this time of year but still great for walking, shelling, bird watching, and just soaking up the beach experience. This condo is well-appointed with a great kitchen and beds. There is also an assortment of beach chairs, toys, floats, etc. in the garage that comes with the unit."

"Our family needed a local place to stay near our relatives in Jacksonville for a birthday celebration. There were 4 couples traveling and this apartment more than fit the bill. We wanted a place where we could hang out and relax as a group instead of being confined to a hotel room. By the way, Jacksonville's hotel choices are NOT the greatest. If you were ever considering taking a chance on a VRBO property, Jacksonville is the place to do it! The apartment is in an historic building from the 1920's. Much of the original built-ins and flavor of the time period has been meticulously preserved. It is both charming and historic yet modern and comfortable. It is more than spacious - everyone had plenty of room and plenty of privacy. It is well appointed - the antique furnishings are lovely and it is obvious that much care went into decorating this apartment. It is located within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store and a short drive to pretty much everything else you may need in the area. Our family would highly recommend this apartment if you are traveling with a group to Jacksonville. Personally, I think the apartment is best suited for adults or adults with older children due to the beds ( kings and a queen) as well as the upscale furnishings. If you stay here, be sure to check out the Saturday street fair under the bridge - great food and funky merchants. Our family had a blast there."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our condo stay experience. This was a first for two families to rent a condo vs. a house. We loved the beach accesses along with the two available community pools. The condo itself was spacious and spread out. Our one complaint was there are not enough pots and pans to cook with. We cook a majority of our meals when we travel, so having a stocked kitchen helps!! We had to compromise numerous times on what we needed to what we used. Will definitely consider going back again!!!"
