"Beautiful home deserving of its Diamond rating. Home was spotless when we arrived - kudos to the cleaning team. Even bigger then it appears in the photos. We had 4 adults and 6 kids stay comfortably. Comfortable beds, great pool area with a screen (not shown in photos) to keep little ones out of pool). Games room fantastic for the kids - bring your Xbox games. We rented bicycles from Big Bill's Beach Stuff for only $35/week kids and $45/week adults. Lots of paved bike trails nearby and short bike ride to the beach. Heated pool and hot tub. Beach has some in the water close to shore so you need to walk further down. 20 min drive to Daytona Beach and 30 min drive to St. Augustine. Lots of golf courses nearby. SuperWalmart or Publix for groceries, movie theater with cheap Tuesdays ($6). Mostly residential area so great for relaxing but not nighlife. There is a $2 toll bridge each time you enter the parkway (no charge going out). Great restaurants for dine in or take out: Thai Korner (nearby Superwalmart, Thai and Sushi), JT's Seafood Shack (a little pricey but so worth it), and Captain's BBQ located in a small park called Bing's Landing where you can look for manatee, has a playground, boat docks."

"This is a nice home, I've rented top end homes in OBX for years and decided to give Florida a try. We were not disappointed. The pros: incredible neighborhood, gated security, surrounded by amazing real estate and resorts, large home, big kitchen, nice appliances. The cons: projector bulb in theater room didn't work for 4 days, no remote for projector, one garage door opener didn't work, one garage smelled from garbage cans, doors are getting tired on this home - they lock but barely, few burnt out bulbs - one in toilet room of master bath, top end appliances (Thermidor, SubZero - no Asko dishwasher as advertised - it was a Kenmore) but bottom end plates, pans... theater room was really nice, remainder of TV's cheap and small for the caliber of house this is. All in all a great house, but its funny they splurged on many things and skimped on others. That said - I'd likely rent again."

"I stayed at Tidelands Palm Coast unit 924 from 21st of March until 28th of March. The unit was absolutely fantastic very much well equipped especially the kitchen high quality kitchenware. Bedrooms was with very good beds and both with TV. Surrounding was fantastic two swimming pools and one of them heated and also two heated jacuzzi. Have a nice walk up by the river was relaxing and fantastic. Also there was convenient that only was few miles drive to Publix grocery store for shopping. European Village who is only mile away would be great place to go for dining and drinks in walking distance but there the business seems to be dying and little action at that place. Once I called housekeeping and maintenance and requested for somebody to come over and tune in the TV who seem to be newly installed to the unit but they newer showed up but therefore we are not much for the TV it was ok and we never called again for reminder. We found that very comfortable stay at closed and monitored area but the conversation with the computer at the gate was sometimes irritating and that always to place the driving licence at the scanner and then the scanner doesn't work that took sometimes 3-5 minutes to get in to the area after having spelling the drivers name and who they were visiting and sometimes the person behind the voice at the gate did not find us at her file as a residents then start the process up again. I will highly recommend for everybody's comfort to give at least one remote control to operate the gate to each apartment like most of the residents seems to have for their own comfort. But over all on the scale 0-10 I would say Tidelands unit 924 score 9,5 and the gate services score 1,5"
