"Beautiful home deserving of its Diamond rating. Home was spotless when we arrived - kudos to the cleaning team. Even bigger then it appears in the photos. We had 4 adults and 6 kids stay comfortably. Comfortable beds, great pool area with a screen (not shown in photos) to keep little ones out of pool). Games room fantastic for the kids - bring your Xbox games. We rented bicycles from Big Bill's Beach Stuff for only $35/week kids and $45/week adults. Lots of paved bike trails nearby and short bike ride to the beach. Heated pool and hot tub. Beach has some in the water close to shore so you need to walk further down. 20 min drive to Daytona Beach and 30 min drive to St. Augustine. Lots of golf courses nearby. SuperWalmart or Publix for groceries, movie theater with cheap Tuesdays ($6). Mostly residential area so great for relaxing but not nighlife. There is a $2 toll bridge each time you enter the parkway (no charge going out). Great restaurants for dine in or take out: Thai Korner (nearby Superwalmart, Thai and Sushi), JT's Seafood Shack (a little pricey but so worth it), and Captain's BBQ located in a small park called Bing's Landing where you can look for manatee, has a playground, boat docks."

"We had an extended stay for the winter so that is quite different than 1-2 weeks. The property is as described. Cinnamon Beach is located Hammock Resort area and feels like a resort not just a condo. Tere is security at front gate to resort which was frustrating for long stay since you can't use owners entrance and it can get quite backed up during the day.The exterior is beautifully maintained. The interior while quite nice does need some refreshing e.g. chair leather worn and shredded, lamps loose, needs new frying pans and better cooking utensils. I went out and bought my own. The property management were super fast in addressing any maintenance issues. e.g light bulbs, washer, exterminate. This unit is on the 2nd floor -pros and cons to that. It is right above garage and we had bike week and the motorcycles rev their engines -all ten bike for a week. Stairs are right in front so easy access. I found the condo to be a bit dark because of it is in the interior and the kitchen is dark. The beds were very comfortable and well dressed. Noise from unit above can be issue if the have small kids. Overall, we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay. If you are going for a week or two its great but we found that the resort too isolated and interior needed better kitchen supplies."

"Everything went well with the stay there and we were all satisfied. The only things that could have been better were some directions for the gas grill and maybe some small tables on levels 1 and 2 balcony."
