"The place was beautiful, had a great location, but had a number of minor things that needed to be fixed. We called Vacation Rental Pro service line, gave our short list to the rep and he said they would mark it as a priority. Two days later a service tech stopped by and was surprised to see us in the unit. He thought it was empty. I showed him the problems and he said he would be back in the morning to fix them. He never came back at all. Not what I would call "Quality Customer Service"."

"I stayed at Tidelands Palm Coast unit 924 from 21st of March until 28th of March. The unit was absolutely fantastic very much well equipped especially the kitchen high quality kitchenware. Bedrooms was with very good beds and both with TV. Surrounding was fantastic two swimming pools and one of them heated and also two heated jacuzzi. Have a nice walk up by the river was relaxing and fantastic. Also there was convenient that only was few miles drive to Publix grocery store for shopping. European Village who is only mile away would be great place to go for dining and drinks in walking distance but there the business seems to be dying and little action at that place. Once I called housekeeping and maintenance and requested for somebody to come over and tune in the TV who seem to be newly installed to the unit but they newer showed up but therefore we are not much for the TV it was ok and we never called again for reminder. We found that very comfortable stay at closed and monitored area but the conversation with the computer at the gate was sometimes irritating and that always to place the driving licence at the scanner and then the scanner doesn't work that took sometimes 3-5 minutes to get in to the area after having spelling the drivers name and who they were visiting and sometimes the person behind the voice at the gate did not find us at her file as a residents then start the process up again. I will highly recommend for everybody's comfort to give at least one remote control to operate the gate to each apartment like most of the residents seems to have for their own comfort. But over all on the scale 0-10 I would say Tidelands unit 924 score 9,5 and the gate services score 1,5"

"We had never been to Palm Coast before and was nervous about the location. What a pleasant surprise and piece of heaven we discovered. We loved the beach, the area and of course, the condo. I could not get enough of the beautiful view from inside and out. We had everything we needed in the condo and had no problems. Mr. Chester was wonderful to work with as we prepared for our trip. If we decide to return to the area next summer, we will be looking this condo up to see if its available."

"We spent a week at Cinnamon Beach in this wonderful condo and could not have asked for anything better. The beach is a super close walk and not at all crowded even in July! The pools were also easily in walking distance even for our young grandchildren. The condo was gorgeous with the high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and well stocked kitchen. The master suite and bathroom needs to be seen to fully appreciate. My son in laws enjoyed the big screen tv. We loved eating meals on the huge deck, watching turtles in the lake below the deck, and playing cards on the lighted deck at night. Even our pets were welcome in the condo and on the beach! Thanks to Ken for sharing his lovely condo...we will be back!"
