"Beautiful home deserving of its Diamond rating. Home was spotless when we arrived - kudos to the cleaning team. Even bigger then it appears in the photos. We had 4 adults and 6 kids stay comfortably. Comfortable beds, great pool area with a screen (not shown in photos) to keep little ones out of pool). Games room fantastic for the kids - bring your Xbox games. We rented bicycles from Big Bill's Beach Stuff for only $35/week kids and $45/week adults. Lots of paved bike trails nearby and short bike ride to the beach. Heated pool and hot tub. Beach has some in the water close to shore so you need to walk further down. 20 min drive to Daytona Beach and 30 min drive to St. Augustine. Lots of golf courses nearby. SuperWalmart or Publix for groceries, movie theater with cheap Tuesdays ($6). Mostly residential area so great for relaxing but not nighlife. There is a $2 toll bridge each time you enter the parkway (no charge going out). Great restaurants for dine in or take out: Thai Korner (nearby Superwalmart, Thai and Sushi), JT's Seafood Shack (a little pricey but so worth it), and Captain's BBQ located in a small park called Bing's Landing where you can look for manatee, has a playground, boat docks."

"Had a nice stay in Mid March with 11 family members. Nice house in a good location for a relaxing stay. Beach, pool, st Augustine, Daytona, cape canaveral and orlando all provided daily activities for family members. Some add'l observations that weren't mentioned in earlier reviews: 1 ocean view is no longer the same as most lots across street now have houses built; 2 community gate requires car to check in each time you return; 3. Publix market is very close by for food and supplies; 4 there is a $2 toll bridge nearby consider a multi-visit discounted pass upon arrival. Suggestions for rental company: 1first night starter package w coffee, filters, salt, pepper, etc would be nice; 2 providing five or six beach towels would enhance; 3. Found broom but no dust pan. Also, Never had a need to contact company for service. Everything in the home worked as expected. Pool/spa remote was unique but figured it out."

"The owner was very accommodating! When we arrived the home was very clean and had everything for us to start enjoying our stay, even wi-fi. The home was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping. The neighborhood was peaceful and we enjoyed walks there every morning! One evening we even had time to enjoy the screened patio and the sounds of nature were our music. We would definately recommend this beautiful home to anyone coming to Palm Coast Florida! And if we come back we know where we want to stay!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Retreat. This was our 4th year staying at this location. It has everything you would need, including it's very own pool. You really don't ever need to leave the comfort of this home. However, if the sounds of the waves pull you away to the ocean, the beach access is just a few steps away."
