"This was the first time that we tried renting a house instead of getting a hotel, and we will rent a house every time from now on. This house was beautiful and our kids loved it. We all hated to come home after this 7 days of bliss."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 9, 2014View listing
"Great views and can hear the ocean 24/7. Loved the varied terrain walking on the beach. Found starfish and a crab big enough to eat. The condo was exactly as described. With the 60" TV it was also a great balance for the 1 indoor person. Not bad watching baseball playoffs AND listening to the ocean from the same spot. Enjoyed the fresh produce market just down the road and the easy access to more pure sand beaches. Lots of places to hike or ride bikes. Enjoyed having the option to go into st augustine for activities or stay at condo and be surrounded by nature. A car is a must have as there are no conveniences in walking distance - which I saw as a positive."Guest: kim g. Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: November 6, 2014View listing
"What a great location! Flagler Beach is such a wonderfully relaxing area, and the private beach at the Sunshine House is perfect for those with kids and dogs. We will certainly be vacationing here again.

One word of advice for those renting this house... the back yard is completely covered in medium river stones, and will destroy bare feet! My soles are still bruised after days back home. This would be the only thing I would change at this beach house. The neighbors have a manicured green lawn that lures one to wish for turf.

All-in-all we had an epic stay!"Guest: Brooks C. "We had three generations staying together and having three floors worked out well. Place was very clean. We had some issue with TV and DVD working, we called and they fixed it the same day. Beach was great for riding the waves. We had the pool at the clubhouse to ourselves."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 25, 2014View listing
