• Perfect Vaction Home for Introverts

"The week my family spent at Harmony House was great. We loved having our own stretch of beach and lots of privacy. The house is not in a typical conglomeration of rental properties - if you are looking for miniature golf, go carts, jet skis, para-sailing , quad bikes and the like, you should look elsewhere. This rental is for people who like nature and quite. The beach is lined with coquina rocks, so playing in the waves is a low-tide activity, especially for small children. The rocks themselves are quite interesting, with basins and holes like Swiss cheese through which the waves surge at high tide. The house is not fancy (consistent with it's bronze rating) and could use some maintenance, but was comfortable enough. Be advised that the “bonus room” has changed very little since it's previous life as a garage and offers easy in-out privileges for bugs, including stunningly large (but harmless) huntsman spiders. The best thing about this real estate is location, location, location. There are no near neighbors on either side and having an unobstructed view of undeveloped coastline from the breakfast table was wonderful.

VacationRentalPros manages this property in a profession manor – maybe too much so. They responded promptly to all inquiries, but also made me sign a one-sided contract with a long list of offenses that would result in our immediate eviction or extra charges to my credit card. That said, they didn't hassle us in any way during our visit, and the notices posted inside the house were much less adversarial. When comparing rental property prices be sure to read the fine print – in addition to taxes, a high cleaning fee, and a non-refundable damage fee, there is an additional charge of 5.95% for unspecified “amenities.”

On the whole we were very pleased with our stay at Harmony House. The quite surroundings and proximity to nature suited our family of introverts well."

  • Great Views

"There was early morning construction going on during our stay. This was our vacation and we like to sleep in and rest. The unit above was very loud with music and what sounded like furniture being moved late at night. All lights are very bright, especially reflecting off the white tile and white walls. Light Dimmers would be nice. We have stayed in this unit before and made the request for Light Dimmers once before."

  • Fantastic Trip in a Fantastic Condo

"This is actually the 4th time visiting Cinnamon, and the 2nd time we've stayed in condo 525. We feel like its our home away from home. Its a great location and the new walk way to the beach is a great addition and makes this condo location even better"

  • 765 Cinnamon Way Stay

"Lovely space and view. Open large balcony/patio. Queen & King bedrooms amply noise in living area. Comfortable bathrooms; open kitchen. Would stay here again, but bring white noise to cut down on noise from friends/family in living areas."
