"The "Upper Deck" is a wonderful place to stay. It is modern, clean, airy, spacious, 90 steps from the beach, in a quiet area yet just a few miles from downtown St. Augustine. It has everything in it you need to cook. The fourth floor deck is terrific for sun-bathing or looking at the sea (or in our case New Year's Eve fireworks shot from the fishing pier right down the beach). The only thing you need to bring are beach towels and items like toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish towels & cloth, paper towels, foil etc. Don't think you will be disappointed with this beautiful house. Also, Vacation Rental Pros were wonderful to work with...very professional, patient, informative and helpful!"

"Nice corner unit with everything you will need. Just high enough to watch the ocean. Wrap around deck is nice, open the deck doors and have a breeze all day. Clean and very bright. It is a little bit isolated, you have to drive 10-15 miles to the good restaurants. It is a mature residential community. Parking garage and elevator. Carts in garage to help you unload. Really missed an exercise room but took long walks around the well manicured grounds. The buildings are well maintained and it is gated. Poor cell service in unit. Unit has telephone but no telephone number to give out for people to call you, really missed that. You can call out locally. Wifi is good. Unit could use a DVD and CD player."

"The Roxland Paradise House is an excellent place to vacation. The interior is more than we expected. The only thing we found was their wasn't a lot to do near the house. The beach was a 25 minute drive. Golf was nearby at a very nice course. If you want to relax and swim in the pool this is a great place to stay."

"We planned a VERY last minute trip to Florida over Christmas break since there wasn't much snow in Michigan. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to find such a great place at a great price. We really weren't expecting much because the condo cost less per night then our 2 Knoxville hotel rooms cost on the drive down. Beautiful rooms and accommodations. Nice pools, nice beach."
