  • The Jewel of Sawgrass

"I concur with all the other 5 star reviews, that this is an exceptional condo. Functional layout and very spacious. The upstairs is like an apartment in itself with a large living area and private bed and bath. There are two separate living areas on the main floor: a traditional living room and a comfortable sun room, as well as a dining area. The condo has a cozy feel and is nicely decorated with Florida style décor. Very private, quiet, clean, well maintained, and the kitchen is well stocked. The back yard area is a great place to watch wildlife, enjoy meals, and star gaze at night. There are two bikes included, which make the trip to the beach much faster. The condo owner was a dependable communicator before, during, and after our stay. She is happy to help with anything you need. We had a wonderful vacation, and I would be happy to stay there again. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Outside of Sawgrass but very nearby is a fitness center, Publix grocery, drugstores, and great restaurants. A St. Augustine day trip is very easy from here also, and only took us about 30 minutes."

  • Nice Family Vacation

"The house had plenty of room for a mini family reunion. The elevator was convenient to have. It was conveniently located on the beach, close to a grocery store, and about a 10-15 drive to downtown St. Augustine. The views of the ocean and passing ships and the lighthouse in the distance were beautiful. The part of the beach the house is on was never crowded. The pool was a little smaller than we thought, but it was a good hangout to beat the summer heat. We did agree to allow some maintenance to be done during our stay. It turned out to be more of a construction project and it put a damper on the end of our stay. The whole yard was in disarray, alternate parking wasn't convenient, and the cable/internet was disconnected the last two days of our trip. We would consider staying here again, but not agree to any maintenance during our trip."

  • Great location, but outdated

"One of the beds had a box spring and 2 mattresses on top of it. Difficult to climb up on bed. Dishes in cabinet were dirty, some of the utensils were dirty and damaged as if they had gotten caught in the disposal, coffee table was falling apart, door knob to outside door was too close to door jamb so you hit your hand every time you opened the door from the outside. One of the vertical blinds was broken, shower doors were difficult to slide, shower head was corroded and had little pressure. A lot of improvements need to be made."

  • A dream vacation

"We were amazed at the size and luxury of a beach house. There were Beautiful views of the beach from level two and three of the house. The beds were comfortable and my whole family were very happy with their beds. Only down arrow was that it was a good thing we brought our own crock pot and a large cooking pot because that is the only thing the kitchen lacked. Easy access to beach and a very comfortable home away from home."
