"This is a wonderful home right on the beach. You can tell the owners take care of this home and want their guests to be comfortable. The fenced-in yard is perfect for dogs. There is a Publix a few miles down the road & the kitchen is well-stocked for easy cooking. Or, there are good restaurants (like Aunt Kate's and Beaches) in the area."

"Very good location close to Vilano Beach Publix, etc. and nice floor plan layout for a family vacation with split bedroom wings. Each bedroom has a ocean view. Downstairs toilet needs new tank valve as it barely functions and is so slow it is useless. Called for repair and got a call back but nobody ever showed up to make the repair so the first floor bathroom was not used. Deck and walkway to beach are very weathered, worn and missing several side boards. Accordingly small children and pets must be watched carefully or they could crawl under and fall off of the deck. A dangerous condition that should be addressed immediately."

"We had an amazing vacation here at the Sea Watch. The house was very cozy, comfortable beds and a great amount of space for the whole family. Kitchen was well planned out with plenty of dishes and utensils. Everything you could need is there. The big kitchen sink does need work on the faucet. No water pressure so we had to wash dishes in small sink on island. Worked out ok. The house is older so does need a few minor repairs. The elevator was not working our first night had to carry heavy suitcase up 3 flights of stairs, but called maintenance and he came right out next day to fix it. Thanks Dan! Judy is such a pleasure to work with. She is very accommodating. We wanted a later check out due to family coming from all different areas, and was able to get it as long as we did some of the laundry. That was not a problem. The only suggestion is would tell next renter is to make sure you WEAR SHOES on walk out deck! Lifted nails caused an injury to my foot but I should have known better. I wouldn't want one of the kids to have that happen to them! There is no first aid kit at the house so I would suggest that to management. The house was clean but the floors needed moping. We bought a Swiffer mop to help keep clean. ( WE are neat freaks!) All in all the trip was one of the best trips we ever had, and we are already looking to book again in the near future. We had a lot of fog this March, kind of put a damper on the trip so we know to plan for closer to summer next time. The beach is so private at the house its like your there all alone! The outdoor shower woks out great to clean up before going back inside. We had sand bars our last day. It made that the best part of the trip! Collected great shells with the kids, saw little star fish , crabs and found two big sand dollars. No sharks teeth though, my son was disappointed! Next time. Had a fantastic lunch at Lu Lu's on the water. Saw 3 pirate boats pass by as we ate! A note for management...The address is not light up and home is dark at night. Other homes on the beach have put up LED lights or tube lighting around mail box...great idea so it can be seen after dark. We passed it if we didn't leave spot lights on when leaving home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a memorable restful vacation. CANT wait to return. I miss the sound of the waves:) Thanks again"
