"My daughter and I stayed here for 3 months while she completed an internship. The location was a very short walk to the beach, 5 minutes from downtown St. Augustine and close to all the best restaurants. We had everything we needed here and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. It is extremely neat and clean as well. The owner is so nice and always helpful with anything we needed. I highly recommend the Beach Bungalow!!"

"My family and I stayed at this beach rental at the beginning of April, which was the perfect time! It was after the Spring Break crowd and before the Annual Boat Race and Rib Festival (although those sounded like fun too!). The weather was immaculate, couldn't have been better! The first thing that we noticed about the rental was the amazing view! It is everything the picture shows and more!! The front porch allows breathtaking views of the sea, while the back porch allows for stunning sunsets over the river - this alone was worth the money we paid for the rental! Inside was just as the pictures show, nothing fancy (we didn't mind - we weren't spending much time at the house). The place is plenty spacious, we had 3 adults and 4 children staying. My top praises for the place were, it was clean, it was roomy, and it had modern amenities (wi-fi, satellite tv, AC). We were quite comfortable. Some things I would change are adding a full size coffee pot (had a small 4cp pot), adding more towels (did laundry twice for clean shower towels), and adding garbage cans outside with lids (the raccoons liked to dig out the trash daily so that was a chore). All in all this was a perfect place for us! The location is private and beautiful - yet close to everything! We saw dolphins swimming in the morning while eating breakfast, that was incredible. I found that the whole stay was quite relaxing and accommodations were comfortable (if you are looking for luxury, this is not the place - but it was very affordable and you get plenty for what you pay for). The outdoor shower was a great thing to have too after a day at the beach! We plan to stay here again! There are also no window screens so it was impossible to open the windows for a nice breeze. That was about the only bummer I can think of."

"Overall very good. The bathroom outlets did not work nor the elevator light. They were fixed the day before we left. The house is beautiful and the large bedrooms were wonderful. I would want a few more rugs as the marble floors and steps were dangerous if it was wet at all."
