"My husband and I found the townhouse clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well-equipped for cooking. It was especially nice to have three televisions throughout the condo. It was very relaxing to sit on the patios outside the living room and master bedroom which overlooked a lagoon and fountain. The condo is a short walking distance to the beach, stores and restaurants. Additionally, the website truly depicts the lovely interior of the townhouse."

  • our stay at the dolphin.

"hey, we totally, totally enjoyed our stay at the yellow dolphin near the beach. Everything was done to enhance our stay. Those in charge of us were very friendly and always wanted to know if we needed anything or any information. The dolphin met our expectations. It was clean and spacious. loved having a fenced in area of our own. Liked very much having washing and drying facilities at the house. The upper deck was a delight. Everything about the dwelling was light and enjoyable. We were located just 2 blocks from the beach and it was a great location!! easy walking provided multiple daily trips to the beach. We were able to see all local attractions once again that attract us.--fountain of youth, alligator farm, light house, marineland, mantanzes inlet, Castillo san marcos, and lots of other small stops. different beach locations driven to--exspecially wonderful also. Some of our favorite restaurants~O'Steens, The Reef, OC Whites, Columbia, A1a, coneheads ice cream, pizza time on St. George Street. We would very much recommend the place to friends and relatives. It is our intention to revisit the same location, if possible, in the future. The only difficulty we face, being senior adults, were the stairs. However, going up and down them did keep up youthful and active!!!"

  • Sea Winds Condo

"I spent a wonderful weekend in St. Augustine. I found this listing randomly online, but was not disappointed. The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The beach was right there just over the dunes. I would definitely stay there again."

  • Great Choice!

"We were looking for a condo to live in during our annual road trip to St. Augustine; we wanted a better value than the usual hotel/motel experience. I selected this condo based on the photos, description, and past reviews of the property. We were certainly not disappointed; everything was as advertised. This resort is in a great location, right on the beach and within minutes of Old Town and many other attractions in St. Augustine. The property was clean and well maintained. The owners were very accommodating and met our request for a senior discount, further beating the going rates for other possible accommodations. This condo had great views of the green landscaped areas, one of the two pools, and a view of the ocean. It is an easy walk to the beach. It was very quiet in this property. The owners provide all the beach gear, so you don't have to carry it with you - beach chairs, towels, cooler, toys for the kids if you have them. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable; we all had good nights sleep. The kitchen was great. It has everything you would need for casual to more elaborate meals. The decor of this condo is very attractive and the furniture is extremely comfortable. The furnishings on the two balconies are also very comfortable and really extend the living space of the condo. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation home within easy driving distance of the many historical and other attractions, as well as shopping and restaurants. Try Amici's for delicious Italian food or the Sunset Grille (right up the street from the condo) for a great meal (seafood, steaks, very kid friendly), or Yomata (sp?) for Japanese hibachi."
