  • The very best St. Augustine Beach has to offer.

"We have stayed many times at Sea Salt Sanctuary and feel this home has the best of everything to offer. We love the attention to details Trish and Scott has given this little bit of heaven. Bring your toothbrush and food and you will want for nothing else. The beach and many great restaurants are very easy to walk to. Sea Salt has beach chairs, toys, bikes, paddle boards and kayaks there for your use. It's the cleanest and most well maintained VRBO we have ever stayed at. We will be back and thank you for always making us feel at home. See you again soon."

  • Wonderful Condo!!

"This was are first trip to St Augustine. We are already planning to return to Pat's condo next year. It was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, my kids loved making waffles in the waffles iron. Loved eating lunch on the balcony every day, the furniture out there was so comfortable. The living room was also very comfortable! Pat was very helpful with everything and I also loved not having to keep up with a condo key. All we had to do was enter a code. We enjoyed eating at Salt Water Cowboys, Sunset Grill, and Creekside Dinery(the kids feed the raccoons there). I would definitely recommend this condo."

  • We loved this house so much that we've already booked it for next year!!!

"Wow! This was the perfect vacation destination for my family. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach! The house is very large with a fantastic open floor plan and gorgeous views of the ocean. It was ideal for my family. The house has a wonderful open flow...the great room is open to the kitchen and dining area making it a great place to hang out for meals and boardgames. There are multiple decks and we especially loved the one off family room for eating, entertaining and enjoying the gorgeous ocean view. The master bedroom/bath are huge and the additional bedrooms are all nicely sized. The lower level bonus room allowed me to make my conference calls and get some work done. Spacious, clean as a whistle and located in a prime location, this home is far a away the nicest place we've rented in St. Augustine!"

  • A Little Slice of Heaven

"My husband and I decided on the spur of the moment that we needed a quick get away from our stressful life and found Barefootin' Duplex while doing a quick internet search. Boy are we glad we did! If this comfy little beach cottage gets any more adorable I wouldn't be able to stand it! Beautifully decorated, bright, extremely clean and well taken care of. All you need is a change of clothes and a toothbrush and you are SET! The pool/backyard was amazing and made us feel like we were in a tropical paradise with all of the palms and tropical plants. Very private and enjoyable! Sharon is a joy to do business with and made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We fell in love the second we walked in the door! Decided to bring our dog, Sadie, at the last minute (after she gave us the look of death as we were walking out the door with our bag) and gave Sharon a call to make sure it was ok and within minutes we were on the road with Sadie in tow. We only stayed for 2 days but we could not have asked for a more wonderful time! We HIGHLY recommend Barefootin' Duplex to anyone looking to vacation in St. Augustine. The property is in a great area and we felt very safe. Great food within a mile. (we suggest the new Salt Life restaurant) (Bacon wrapped shrimp/pineapple with tropical rice yummmmm-O) Will DEFINETLY be back and hopefully soon and for longer than 2 days! :)"
