"This place was a great, very big all staff was very nice and helpful. The only problems we had was there was construction the whole time we were there. We are mostly late risers and we got woke up every morning on or before 9 am to jack hammering. We had a 2 year old and it scared her every morning. Other than that the place was exceptional!"

"First I want to say that my husband and I are vacation rental owners ourselves, so we chose this property for a couple reasons. One of the biggest things that drew us to this home was that it was obviously updated with very tasteful decor and furnishings. The second was that it was managed by owners and not a management company.… This makes all the difference in vacation rentals as we have come to notice more personal attention to the details of the home and the guests that stay there. And if there is one more thing that drew us, it would've been the reviews that were over-the-top about what they found when they arrived and stayed in the cottage by the sea.
When we arrived, things were better than we had expected because you can never show in the picture what you find in person. Trish and Scott have gone above and beyond to furnish this place in not your average furnishings. Everywhere throughout the house from the rugs, towels, pillows, to the linens were from Pottery Barn. The seaside decoration throughout looked like someone had staged a model home. No junk on display just really cool shells, maps, and other seaside artifacts that just made it feel perfect.
We had a grill issue the first night we were there, once we called them they immediately took care of it and this was on a Sunday when most people are busy with family...we really appreciated this. Because we used the grill all week long making fresh fish and other seafood because very close to the house is a fresh fish market that we loved! On the second day we were there we came across Le Petite Pleasures - a French pastry shop....oh my goodness!! We went to this place every day, it's good thing that there's a beach right by the house to walk off the calories! Another favorite find was Claudes Chocolates in downtown Saint Augustine. And The best restaurant was hands-down, the collage restaurant! But make a reservation early because you won't get in. That's also in downtown Saint Augustine.
We would definitely come and stay again at this Home, it was a wonderful getaway and one we have lots of new memories at....it was a sweet birthday week in Saint Augustine."

"Perfect vacation for our family of 4. The condo was well-maintained and had great access to the beach. The pool was also nice. My only complaint was the dust in the master bathroom; the wainscotting and baseboards looked like they hadn't been dusted in months."

"We had a great week at Trish's condo. The pluses... the condo has everything you need. Lots of towels, basic condiments, every kitchen item you could need and very comfortable beds and furniture. The grounds and pool are immaculate and it's a quick walk to the beach. There are lots a good restaurants nearby and all the local attractions are an easy drive. The only down side is you do hear a decent amount of road noise since this is the end unit and the bedroom with the twin beds is a good bit warmer then rest of the unit. The bar across the street does have a pretty loud night on Wednesdays.... Small minuses, but just to fully disclose.
Coastal Realty was great to work with. The folks working at their office were very nice and the coupons and info they give you along with the keys were very much appreciated. What I REALLY appreciated were their willingness to mail the clothes that I accidently left in the dryer!! Thanks very much for that!"
