  • Great Place

"We just got back. It was a nice place. Cozy, comfortable furnishings. Great view. Huge balcony. Internet worked great. Loved that there was a dvr. We recorded a couple of things while we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The people staying in the building were all friendly. There is a public access road close by, but even with it being the week after the 4th of July, it wasn't crowded. Great fun!"

  • Beautiful Condo, Even Better Location

"We are having a great stay at OVC O-15. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The condo is right by the pool and beach access. Both just steps away. There is a grassy area out the glass doors for walking dogs or for kids to run. There is also a grilling area by the pool, which is very convenient. The kitchen is larger than it appears in the photos. There is ample counter space. I can't think of 1 thing missing in the kitchen and I was pleasantly surprised to find a small pantry as well. Bedrooms are large. We brought along a pack-n-play for a small toddler and there is ample room for it in the second bedroom and even more space for it in the master if you need to put a pack-n-play there. The bed linens and towels provided are great quality. Closets are large. Very clean. Check in was easy. The grounds are protected by gates for added security. Ground floor access is fantastic for elderly, small children and pets. You can walk right out the glass doors to the beach or pool. The beach is wide with lots of room, even at high tide. We came during a holiday week, however when inside the unit, we have yet to hear anyone above or beside us. Very quiet/soundproof. I highly recommend this unit."

  • Awesome!

"What a wonderful place! The view was beautiful - really peaceful and relaxing. My husband and I, with our two boys (9 & 7) and 5 yr old girl ate many a meal on the patio (this is where I recommend that you bring a portable fan and grill)- just lovely (accommodated my family of 5 perfectly)! The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Pool is huge and pristine. The management keeps the property very well maintained, very clean. Very family friendly- every night the field fills up with adults and children playing football, cheerleading, and other outdoor games (bring some outdoor play stuff). Being from the west coast of fl, I wondered whether I'd like the beach- I did! Waves were great, and just a really beautiful beach. The condo was comfortable and well decorated. This was just a great property- can't say enough. Close to downtown St. Augustine (10 minutes) and up the road from Publix, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend, and will certainly be returning! Awesome!"

  • Many things not described in listing

"Stayed last week of July. We simply loved St Augustine. It is one of the best keep secrets in Florida. The condo is in a great location. The owner is hard to contact at times and very busy but he is very willing to work with you on rental. We arrived at the time discussed with owner. The condo was in the process of being cleaned and the cleaning staff had left for the night. Everything had been cleaned but no linens. We searched around and found enough sheets for the night. We called the owner but he never returned our call. The maid came the next morning and said she was not aware we was arriving the night before. The most important piece of info not given to us is to get a car sticker from the real estate company managing Seaside or your car will be towed. Also, your condo key unlocks the club house door. We learned this info at the pool LOL. The condo needs several general maintiance items addressed like paint touch up and closet doors in the 3rd bedroom put back up. Also, there is no wifi in condo. Sometimes you can sit out on balcony and get on an unsecured server. Basically, this is an average condo in a great location. We would reccommend to others but remember it is on the 3rd floor and the elevator is far away. Luggage and groceries can be a problem for an all woman group. A nice Publix is on the island about 2-3 miles from the condo. A great beach is down the road toward Publix called the hammocks. Very clean with lifeguard and is absolutely beautiful Don't miss a wonderful dinner at Mango Mango on the island, tasty popcicles at Hippo's in old town and the Mysteries, Murder an Mayhem tour of St Augustine."
