  • A Lovely and Comfortable Getaway!

"Our stay at Beatrix's condo was delightful and completely hassle-free. Comfortably furnished, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, we breathed a sigh of relief right when we walked in (it had been a long traveling day)! Every item we could have needed was stocked, the beds were super-comfy, and we felt right at home. The resort itself is very conveniently located, and the walk down to the beach was a breeze. We enjoyed evening walks every night. The staff at the resort were very helpful and accommodating. Our kids enjoyed hanging out at the pool, and my daughter took advantage of tennis lessons! Beatrix herself was kind and helpful, recommending restaurants and activities for us, she is very knowledgeable about St. Augustine and told us about the community concert down by the pier. I would highly recommend staying at her condo, she made the process of renting out of town (and across the country!) extremely easy! We hope to return to beautiful St. Augustine soon and stay here!"

  • LOVED IT! Location is perfect!

"Location: Perfect. We know St Augustine and this is the best location to stay we think. As advertised, you have private beach access without crossing any roads. There are a few restaurants (but not too many) and shops within walking distance--feels like a small beach town. Big grocery store and other stuff about 2 miles away. Great beach! Lots of waves. Our favorite. Also, you are 0.8 miles south of the solitude of Anastastia State Park when you walk on the beach. No cars on the beach. Condo: Very well maintained, clean and as exactly as pictured and described! Nice ocean view from (part of) the HUGE balcony with constant breeze and no bugs. Pool right off the beach. Everything nicely landscaped. The condo is cute. Kitchen has everything and everything worked just great. Place has tons of towels, pillows, & blankets. 3 flat screen TV's and 2 dvd players. Wifi was excellent. Big washer and dryer. We had 2 adults and 3 teenage kids and had plenty of room. You do have walk up 3 flights of stairs, but the view on the 3rd floor is the best. 1st floor has no water view at all. The owner and the rental company were GREAT! Very efficient and responsive. No problems. ABSOLUTE WILL BE STAYING HERE AGAIN."

  • Great family week at the beach!

"My family and I traveled from Virginia to spend a week in St.Augustine. We rented this condo for a leisure week of fun and rest. We were pleasantly surprised the minute we walked in the door. The condo was immaculately clean and looked just like the photos. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and there is an entire closet full of extra linen and towels. In the closet under the steps you will find beach chairs and umbrellas and int he outside closet is a neat cart to carry it all for the short walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this condo and if we decide to visit Florida again, we will definitely stay here."

  • Many things not described in listing

"Stayed last week of July. We simply loved St Augustine. It is one of the best keep secrets in Florida. The condo is in a great location. The owner is hard to contact at times and very busy but he is very willing to work with you on rental. We arrived at the time discussed with owner. The condo was in the process of being cleaned and the cleaning staff had left for the night. Everything had been cleaned but no linens. We searched around and found enough sheets for the night. We called the owner but he never returned our call. The maid came the next morning and said she was not aware we was arriving the night before. The most important piece of info not given to us is to get a car sticker from the real estate company managing Seaside or your car will be towed. Also, your condo key unlocks the club house door. We learned this info at the pool LOL. The condo needs several general maintiance items addressed like paint touch up and closet doors in the 3rd bedroom put back up. Also, there is no wifi in condo. Sometimes you can sit out on balcony and get on an unsecured server. Basically, this is an average condo in a great location. We would reccommend to others but remember it is on the 3rd floor and the elevator is far away. Luggage and groceries can be a problem for an all woman group. A nice Publix is on the island about 2-3 miles from the condo. A great beach is down the road toward Publix called the hammocks. Very clean with lifeguard and is absolutely beautiful Don't miss a wonderful dinner at Mango Mango on the island, tasty popcicles at Hippo's in old town and the Mysteries, Murder an Mayhem tour of St Augustine."
