  • Wonderful Stay in St. Augustine!

"We really enjoyed our tip to St. Augustine. This condo was very nice and in a great location. Very clean and spacious and only steps to the beach and pool. It was very convenient to be able to park right in front of the sitting area outside and also to be on the ground floor. This is a quiet resort and it only takes about 2 minutes to get to the grocery store. The owners are super nice and very easy to communicate with. It was all around a great experience renting from these nice folks. We will definitely be back!"

  • Fantastic Beach and Great Rental if you Drive

"The overall experience was great, but there are drawbacks, especially for renters who must fly to get here. First and foremost, this is a beach rental property that is "pet friendly", and from that aspect, can't be beat. The beach is huge, almost private, and pristine in appearance. The house has plenty of space for everyone; four beautiful bedrooms, and a basement area made up as a makeshift bedroom. Great appliances in the kitchen, but no herbs or spices, only salt and pepper. There are plenty of sheets for the beds, and towels for the bathrooms and beach, but they are worn, and should be replaced. The laundry has excellent appliances and space. There are no beach chairs, and the deck chairs are in poor condition. There are a couple of boogie boards and some beach toys, probably left by previous renters. The dining and living room areas are great; lots of space, large dining table, enormous couch for relaxing, and fantastic entertainment center with large flat-screen TV and cable access. The house has WiFi, but it works marginally throughout the house, as it is located in the basement. The property is gated in the front for additional privacy, and adds to the safety for a pet one might let out at night to do its duty. There is plenty of parking, and room to move vehicles around, and a two car garage that is not cluttered, as many Florida garages are.<br/> I would recommend this rental for anyone able to drive there, and bring the things it lacks, but for those who must fly, I'm not sure it is worth the rental price."

  • WoW What a awesome vacation spot!

"Almost any family would be thrilled to walk into a condo with this many amenities, clean as you would keep your own home and a beautiful beach just a short walk away. We brought our two adult college students and had a fabulous time. The location is perfect for great dining, shopping and visiting the "Golf Hall of Fame" and wonderful St. Augustine. Grab this property if you are lucky enough to get it. Donna, the owner goes above and beyond! Guaranteed great time! Tom"

  • We'll Be Back !!!

"From our first phone conversation to the owner till having him greet us after arrival, he could not have been more helpful, nicer and knowledgable about the area. We knew what to expect about what was needed/not needed to bring, etc. The unit was more than spacious for the 6 of us and the exquisite decor was straight from a magazine. The beach was a short walk and beautiful. Many dining choices within walking distances or short rides. The Old City was amazing and interesting in the historic aspects of our country. The tours intrigued the kids who range from 6-15 as well as the adults. Besides lazing between the beach and the pool, we did deep sea fishing, bay kayaking, Segway ride along the beach, concert at the lovely Amphitheater, all within a 10 minute ride from the complex. A 20 minute ride south on A1A, my 6 year old was swimming with dolphins at a wonderful research center. We have done Disney numerous times and as fun as that is, this week was not only fun for all but relaxing, historically informative and made memories for our family for ages. The owner said he was making upgrades to this unit (which was already spectacular) so I can not wait to hopefully book it next summer, if he is not already booked out."
