"This was our second stay at Wave Dancer! Love this little house! Beautiful sunrises and ocean views from the screened porch. Adequate kitchen supplies and could use another lounge chair for tv watching. However, we spent most of the time on the porch and on the beach! Very convenient to Publix and downtown St. Augustine! Don't miss the Wednesday Market at the Visitor's Center!"

"My family and I stayed at this beach rental at the beginning of April, which was the perfect time! It was after the Spring Break crowd and before the Annual Boat Race and Rib Festival (although those sounded like fun too!). The weather was immaculate, couldn't have been better! The first thing that we noticed about the rental was the amazing view! It is everything the picture shows and more!! The front porch allows breathtaking views of the sea, while the back porch allows for stunning sunsets over the river - this alone was worth the money we paid for the rental! Inside was just as the pictures show, nothing fancy (we didn't mind - we weren't spending much time at the house). The place is plenty spacious, we had 3 adults and 4 children staying. My top praises for the place were, it was clean, it was roomy, and it had modern amenities (wi-fi, satellite tv, AC). We were quite comfortable. Some things I would change are adding a full size coffee pot (had a small 4cp pot), adding more towels (did laundry twice for clean shower towels), and adding garbage cans outside with lids (the raccoons liked to dig out the trash daily so that was a chore). All in all this was a perfect place for us! The location is private and beautiful - yet close to everything! We saw dolphins swimming in the morning while eating breakfast, that was incredible. I found that the whole stay was quite relaxing and accommodations were comfortable (if you are looking for luxury, this is not the place - but it was very affordable and you get plenty for what you pay for). The outdoor shower was a great thing to have too after a day at the beach! We plan to stay here again! There are also no window screens so it was impossible to open the windows for a nice breeze. That was about the only bummer I can think of."

"We recently stayed for a week at The Hut in Summer Haven. What a peaceful time it was! We like to stay at less than perfect places since many others won't and the price is more in our range. It is very rustic, especially the bathroom. It was clean, but there are a number of repairs that need to be done (broken window with a magazine cover as a replacement, three burners on an older electric stove with a fourth that was sparking, hinges on the kitchen window need replacing). The location makes up for most of those. We didn't need the air conditioning, but it looks like a few of the units need some attention. We had a wonderful week weather-wise and wished we could stay longer. Someday....."
