"Great location and very nice rental. It was great walking to the beach, pool and even the grocery store, and yet close to all the attractions. We had a great time."

  • Nice Family Vacation

"The house had plenty of room for a mini family reunion. The elevator was convenient to have. It was conveniently located on the beach, close to a grocery store, and about a 10-15 drive to downtown St. Augustine. The views of the ocean and passing ships and the lighthouse in the distance were beautiful. The part of the beach the house is on was never crowded. The pool was a little smaller than we thought, but it was a good hangout to beat the summer heat. We did agree to allow some maintenance to be done during our stay. It turned out to be more of a construction project and it put a damper on the end of our stay. The whole yard was in disarray, alternate parking wasn't convenient, and the cable/internet was disconnected the last two days of our trip. We would consider staying here again, but not agree to any maintenance during our trip."

  • Better than the pictures

"This was a Labor Day weekend at the beach for my family of 5 and 2 dogs. First if all, you will not meet a nicer couple than Michael and Anne to do business with, a member of their management staff or themselves checked with us almost daily to make sure everything was fine. The home itself is a very open floor plan and if you run out of dishes, pots or pans you must be having a party for 20 people (There is even a Panini press). The pantry was well stocked and the kitchen very user friendly. It was to warm to use the fireplace but the home is very well maintained and virtually spotless upon arrival. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the private beach and there are coolers, chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and a beach cart to put it all in, so it easy to tote all of your accessories for the short walk. Plenty of restaurants are within a mile of the house and a Publix grocery store located near the islands entrance about 3 miles away. We never left the house except to go to the beach or grocery store taking full advantage of the Weber grill in the enclosed courtyard. All the conveniences of our home, only we were on vacation. We will certainly be back for future stays."

  • First time to Saint Augustine.

"We recently stayed at this townhouse in Vilano Beach, in Saint Augustine, and it was beautiful. My husband just returned from his 2nd tour in Afghanistan, so we booked our vacation here, and we're very pleased. My parents, our 2 girls, our cousin, and my husband, and I were very at home. Clean beds, and linens, quiet neighborhood, and everything thing you need. Two things that were minor issues were the beach isn't white sand beach, it is a natural beach, so walking on it, we encountered lots of crabs, and seashells, and the back yard could use some sprucing up. If natural beaches don't appeal to you, I recommend Saint Augustine Beach, on Anastasia Island. We spent our beach time there."
