"The area that the condo is located is absolutely beautiful! The condo is very clean and comes with anything you may need including beach chairs and a beach umbrella! The condo comes with two bikes..this comes in handy and is great to ride in the early morning! There is plenty of restaurants and shops you can ride your bikes too! Beautiful view off the balcony! Pool and hot tub was clean. We had a predicament with the keys when first arriving but Tom was VERY accommodating! One of the most important things to look for in a condo is how well the customer service is. We are so glad that Tom took care of this problem! We are hoping to come back soon! Our parents are also hoping to plan a trip this fall! Highly recommend this condo!

"Overall we were extremely pleased with this property. The home was decorated nicely and well cared for. We had one small issue with a tv, called maintenance and they were out there immediately. Very prompt and efficient!
A couple of items that could make this property even more desirable. (some have been mentioned in previous reviews)
1. It's a must that the back lot be cleaned out. It is one of the few properties in Seacrest Beach that's not cleared. It keeps you from accessing the back alley. It would make it so much more convenient to come to back porch and put your beach stuff there. Instead we had to leave ours on the front porch.
2. Some additional basic items in the kitchen could be added: cooking utensils and additional skillet. (Additional pots and pans seem to have been added). The toaster needs to be done away with, hardly worked at all and replaced with a traditional toaster. Last but to me the most important!: The coffee pot is only a 6 cup pot. With our group of 8 adults, we were making 3-5 pots daily. Once the coffee was made, it wasn't able to retain it's heat. Definitely need 12 cup pot!
3. We only had 2 trash bags for the kitchen. I understand not supplying dish soap/bath soap/laundry soap for the week, but I think trash bags should be provided. (Could have been an oversight by the cleaning crew.)
4. The mattresses in the two extra bedrooms were what I consider "extra firm".
We were originally concerned with how far this property seemed away from the beach. However, this was not a problem at all. The shuttle service was beyond amazing! Super prompt and friendly. They come right to your door and drop you practically at the boardwalk.
We will definitely be back to enjoy Spoonful of Sugar!"

"Me, my wife and a friend took 10 teenagers (14-20 y.o) to Seacrest/30A. Our stay was over Memorial Day weekend 2015 (7 days). This was our first stay at this beach spot and at this fabulous house. This beautiful house was simply perfect for our group. The college age teenagers used the carriage house. It was the ideal place for them to be friends, laugh and relax, be adults, without adults. The house had 4 additional bedrooms (one on the main level). A third level with 360 degree view and deck. Plenty of room for each age group to have their space. The fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living room was our gathering space in the morning and evening . Spacious space to enjoy each others company. The beach was an easy walk or take the tram, which was always just a phone call away and will pick up/drop off at the house. Restaurants and shopping center are a short walk away. Can bike in the community or if you want distance, along Hwy 98. We will be booking this house next year and likely this Thanksgiving. Maybe saying goodbye to San Destin after staying in this home away from home"
