"Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay for our daughter's wedding week! She was married on the beach at The Gulf Place, with a magical reception on The Green! Our condo, one of many for the bridal party, was the best! Nicely appointed, spotless, with beach chairs and toys for us to use. We will definitely be requesting to stay again! 😊 Thanks for everything!"

"My husband, daughter, and I recently stayed at the Casa Del Mar condo on 30A. It was our first trip to the 30A area and we loved it. The condo was just as advertised. Updated, clean, comfortable, and a short walk to the beach. I loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean. The beach is very nice and not too crowded. It was very convient having the beach chairs and umbrella each day. There are several Gulf Place beach accesses close by as well as a public beach access with restrooms. We had great food everywhere we went. Stinky's fish camp was so awesome, we ate there twice! We can't wait to return again soon."

"Sandy Feet exceeded our expectations with a high quality kitchen with all the utensils, spacious rooms and comfortable beds, easy and quick beach access, friendly neighbors, and hosts who truly wished us to have a joyous experience in their lovely home. The quality restaurants located within minutes on highway 30-A were a true treasure serving fantastic food and beverages. We frequented the many tasty restaurants that offered a nice bargain if we ate before 6:00 PM. (Happily, there are no fast food or national chain restaurants on 30-A in South Walton County).
Owners, Gary and Debbie, checked in with us by phone or email to make sure we were comfortable. They passed along a fair amount of local news about live music, farmers markets, and special events occurring close to home.
Golf was a bargain at Santa Rosa Beach Golf and CC. We met a gracious member, Green Bay Packer notable, Zeke Bratkowsk, hopefully we didn't tourist him too much as he practiced before a round.
Tried surf fishing but missed the high tides which others found successful for Reds and Pompano. Set your rod and reel with a Pompano rig (2 hooks and a 3 ounce weight, bait with live or frozen shrimp, squid, or mussels).
Sunsets on the beach should not be missed. Caught the 'green flash' a couple of times! Be sure to get the International Space Station app and you will be able to see it either just before dawn or just after sunset. Later at night the stars of the Milky way are incredible!
Some nights you can hear the waves crashing on the beach while either in bed with the windows open or sitting on the front porch.
We had a great 3 months and look forward to our stay next year, which will be longer."

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
The house was a picture perfect home, very beautiful inside and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable also, my wife and I cooked a lot, burgers for breakfast, steaks for dinner. Only downfall was the smoke detectors going off constantly, no smoke needed. I guess they picked up on heat? Overall I would stay here again but never on the 4th of July holiday. The public beach directly beside it was a big downfall. Loud music and very crowded beach, although you could walk a few houses down for a more peaceful time. Resting on the back deck and trying to relax was great in the near dark hours, the loud music nearly all day was awful. Overall this is a super great place if you are young or have kids, but for a relaxing place, I'd look elsewhere due to the crowds on the beach."
