"Stayed here with my family in August and really could not have worked out better. The weather was amazing and the Tops'l beaches are beautiful. The condo is spacious, pleasant and very comfortable. There is a great balcony and we had some beautiful sunsets to enjoy.
Rob was easy to work with and we highly recommend the condo and hope to be back."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We have booked through Gibson Beach and find it a wonderful company to book through. This is a very nice condo with a great view of the gulf. The only complaint I have is the beds in this unit were very firm."

"We loved every minute of our stay here. It's beautifully decorated and yet not nerve-wracking for parents with children. Our group included 6 children, ages 16 to 6, and 4 adults and it never felt crowded. Our beds were extremely comfortable. There are TVs in every room but the bathrooms, but we ended up never turning on one. (I've noticed reviews recommending this villa for those with disabilities, but have to disagree. The tubs/showers, while gorgeous, require a big step up, and there are no rails in the bathroom either in the showers or next to toilets.) There are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and silverware as well as the usual small kitchen appliances. You'll want to bring or buy a cookie sheet if you plan to bake, beach towels, and hangers for clothes, but that's it. Publix is about a mile away, which was super convenient. The Sanditon Beach was incredibly crowded, so we headed 10 minutes down the road to Topsail State Park, where we got in for free thanks to a Walton County tourism initiative. We enjoyed being able to walk to the wharf to see fireworks over the water for the 4th, and riding the provided bikes to the beach and pools, especially at night. We also took advantage of the grill. I've never been anywhere else in FL where I could sit outside at night without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes! It was a wonderful place to vacation."
