  • Fully Equipped

"We had a wonderful time in Grayton Beach. We were about 500 feet from The Red Bar, but heard absolutely no noise. The condo is actually bigger than we had expected. The unit is on the end of the building, so the back porch has open railings on two sides. The front porch has plenty of room for storing bikes. We were surprised at how large the kitchen is, easily for three people at the same time. This was by far the best-equipped VRBO that we have stayed in. I always bring bath towels, just in case, but we didn’t need them, and you won’t need to bring beach chairs or umbrellas either. The kitchen was described as fully equipped and it really is – plenty of knives and glasses, plastic ware for the beach, high quality coffee maker, corkscrew, cheese grater, and even a cocktail shaker. The freezer ice maker made ice like crazy, and the washer and dryer are full size. An excellent value."

  • Spring Break getaway

"Fabulous location on 30A. Quiet, exclusive subdivision but only minutes away from festive crowds and eateries! Unobstructed view of the beach only 75 feet from the water. We grilled out on the side deck, watching the sunset, listening to the surf. House is not high gloss but clean and functional. Only complaint was no wifi. Even though our phone/ipads said there was wifi, we could not connect. So we had to settle for walking the white sand beaches, riding our bikes, shopping the local funky shops and actually talking to each other"

  • The Ideal Beach Home

"For an extended family coming together with four young children, Delta Dunes is pretty much perfect. In Gulf Trace, you feel "off the beaten path" while a bike ride away from the best 30-A shopping, restaurants. The beach is easily accessible (especially with the included bikes). This might be my favorite stretch of beach on the gulf-coast because it is so wide, clean and relatively undeveloped. As for the house, It has been smartly updated and well cared for. The family has definitely achieved the overall feel of "staying at a friend's home", as opposed to a the increasingly common sterile beach rental. The kitchen is stocked, the beds are comfy, parking is plentiful. As for unique features: The crow's nest has amazing views and a great place to share a beverage and relax. The pool is the perfect size for a family and very private. The house is well stocked with a ton of great books and puzzles/games. Again, the bikes and Ping-Pong table were nice touches. As for working with the owner, he was extremely accommodating, responsive and really went above-and-beyond to take care of us and make us feel at home. Clearly, I can't say enough nice things about our Delta Dunes experience! We will most definitely look to book it again in the years to come."

  • Georgeous Home and Incredible Beach

"Talk about paradise. The house was beautiful and spacious for the 7 of us.The neighborhood was gated and the kids had a blast riding bikes all over. The beach was super wide, uncrowded and the sand was as white as snow. The owners were great and we'll be back next year."
