Quiet Relaxing Vacation
"Bon Bon was a spacious, well equipped, relaxing break from a very busy life. I was in search of a place that my family (dog included) could enjoy the beautiful Florida beaches and one another's company. Bon Bon provided me with exactly what I was looking for. Jerry is a wonderful host from afar, thinking of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. My favorite memory was sitting on the upstairs deck with a glass of wine looking at the stars. I would highly recommend Bon Bon to anyone looking for a nice place that is right on the beach, but off the beaten path from the touristy areas."

"This home could not be more beautiful and well appointed! It is truly a home and doesn't elicit any notes of a rental. From the beautiful decor , to the charming antiques, this house is a MUST stay and return! It has EVERYTHING you could possibly think of as far as kitchen ware! We loved the ease of both access points to the beach. None of us would be able to think of one single thing to complain about....and why....it's the BEACH!
Thank you to the owners for being so nice, checking in and calling! We really hope to come back!"

"The house was exactly as described online...
The furniture and all decor was very tastefully done and created a very upscale "home away from home" atmosphere. You could tell a lot of thought went into the decor, furniture and lighting. House colors were soothing and furniture comfortable and clean.
The kitchen was very well stocked with whatever you could imagine you would need on a daily basis....including utensils and cookware. Cabinets were stocked glasses, plates, bowls as well as Tupperware - all a large family could need and then some! Thank you for including dish soap, kitchen sponge, dishwasher packets and coffee filters - that was a super nice touch and did not go unnoticed!
All the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We placed a call into the management company regarding one of the bunk beds that needed tightening on the upper loft and they had a repair person out that same day. 'Loved that the rooms all had their own TVs and quality wood blinds for those that wanted to sleep in.
We really enjoyed having the extra "game room" down stairs for our boys to hang out in. We also made use of the floor checkers set in the main living area. SO fun!
We were a little confused at first at how to access the beach. The on-line pics made it look like the access road was directly off the front of the house. We soon realized that if you follow the wooden walkway around the side/back of the house and across the treed area, the access road appeared. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk. Wished there was a side walk as I would have felt more comfortable sending the younger ones down the road alone, but all in all , the road did not see a great amount of traffic. The only thing we had wished was present that was not was a "rinse off/shower/bathroom" area at the Inlet Beach access point. We had friends staying close to Rosemary Walkover A, so were able to use those facilities as needed.
The beach was beautiful and the water could have easily be mistaken for that of the Caribbean! Rob was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to answer questions about the surrounding area. Jessica at the Management company was also very helpful. We enjoyed Rosemary and touring around on rented bikes.
Super vacation and looking forward to heading back!!"

"My husband and I hosted our daughter-in-law and 3 year old grandson at the Three Steps to the Beach property the last week of September. This place is literally three steps to the beach. It was so convenient especially with a little one. Living room furniture was a little tired but when we called paradise properties, Jennifer replaced the couch and love seat with brand new ones immediately. She also replaced the broken blender. This property was cute and appropriately shabby beachy.
We loved the beach, riding our bikes through Inlet Beach to Rosemary Beach for shopping and dining, and visiting the state park next to us. We could also ride our bikes to the pool to which we had access in seacrest beach.
Inlet beach was so quiet and uncommercialized. We saw starry nights and witnessed the most spectacular sunsets there!"
