"We recently returned from a week at Riley's Roost. The house is very clean, well updated and excellent for families. The beach is an easy walk right past the front row of houses. The family provided beach chairs which were set up for us each day. The location is an easy bike ride from Rosemary Beach and all the great restaurants in Seacrest and Alys Beach. I can't say enough about the location and property."

"Hubby and I just got back from spending an incredible week in this beautiful home. We were so relaxed that we did not get out of our pj's until noon on some days. Sat at the dining room table every morning with the doors opened wide (65 degrees and perfect weather for open doors) enjoying an extra cup of coffee at a leisurely pace. This is one of those cases where the pictures on the VRBO listing do not do the property justice. You have to stand in the middle of the main living space to fully appreciate the panoramic views that go on for miles. Every consideration has been given to guest comfort. Beds are cozy, towels are fluffy and appliances are top of the line. Hot water is in slightly short supply (in January) but we were warned about this ahead of time and managed easily by staggering showers. We both packed exercise clothes and were looking forward to hitting the gym together every day. Did not happen once. Exercise was walking on the beach and yoga in the living room surrounded by the sun and surf. Make sure you take advantage of the heated pool. We almost did not as it was pretty chilly outside, but one visit and we were hooked!"

Perfect location! Relaxing, quiet & perfect if you don't like crowds. Awesome views, great value!
"Bon Bon was perfect for our stay last week on the Gulf. We had never been to the Gulf before but have been to Jamaica, so I didn't know what to expect. Honestly, this was WAY better! The water was amazing, the beaches were so nice and not busy at all given it is peak time of year in the area (maybe 5 other families at any given time). Destin is about 40 minutes away and Panama City is about 25 minutes. We traveled with another family so the 2 bedrooms were nice for the adults, and the kids slept on the sofa bed downstairs. We had 5 kids ranging in age from 1-7 but there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen although on the small side was perfect since who wants to cook like a chef on vacation anyway(although a pizza cutter would be nice)! It saved us a lot to be able to not eat out. The decks were awesome and really you can't beat the view! It is at the end of the street next to the boardwalk over to the beach, we learned after the 1st day to minimize what we took though because there are a lot of stairs to get over the dunes. Beach umbrellas and chairs were provided so that was a nice touch. We also grilled burgers one night with the grill provided. Make sure you buy charcoal at the store though! There is also an outdoor shower so you can wash the sand off everything. Also covered parking which fit both cars. I don't care if a place is fancy as long as everything works and is clean and this townhome fit the bill perfectly! It was also very nice to have a washer and dryer so I could clean everything before packing it up and I didn't have to bring dirty clothes home. We went to Rosemary beach for dinner one night and to check out some shops. It is only about 5 minutes away. The Donut Hole had the best breakfast ever, even though the line was out the door it moved really fast. Jerry was so accommodating and pleasant to deal with over the phone. He even provided a book with menus from local restaurants, sites to see, information about the area etc. It was fun to read through the"Guest Book" to see what previous guests did on their trip and get tips for places to check out. We went to the grocery store a few times for odds and ends but it is just a few minutes away. There were plenty of sea shells for the kids to collect and we heard there is great snorkeling off the old pier next door(the first day we were there would have been perfect snorkeling water but it was a little to rough after that).Bring your fishing pole and fish off the beach! Will be back"

"We have spent several summer vacations and even my 50th Birthday during the winter at Bare Bottom. It is a lovely home right across from the beautiful beach with views from the screened porch, master balcony and now the new open deck on the west side. There is a gated, private pool to enjoy when you aren't at the beach and a nice shaded area under the house to relax or cook some BBQ. My favorite place in the house is the screened porch, enjoying the view and the breeze from first thing in the morning till bedtime We love working with the owner personally and she always makes sure our stay is the best. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you would need to prepare a meal and the grocery store and many restaurants and Pier Park are very close by. There are even chair and umbrella services at the beach that will have you set for the week if you choose. We love the Bare Bottom and consider it our little home away from home in Inlet Beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We are looking at the calendar now to plan our next stay."
