  • First Time Rosemary Beach Go'ers

"The house was exactly as described online... The furniture and all decor was very tastefully done and created a very upscale "home away from home" atmosphere. You could tell a lot of thought went into the decor, furniture and lighting. House colors were soothing and furniture comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with whatever you could imagine you would need on a daily basis....including utensils and cookware. Cabinets were stocked glasses, plates, bowls as well as Tupperware - all a large family could need and then some! Thank you for including dish soap, kitchen sponge, dishwasher packets and coffee filters - that was a super nice touch and did not go unnoticed! All the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We placed a call into the management company regarding one of the bunk beds that needed tightening on the upper loft and they had a repair person out that same day. 'Loved that the rooms all had their own TVs and quality wood blinds for those that wanted to sleep in. We really enjoyed having the extra "game room" down stairs for our boys to hang out in. We also made use of the floor checkers set in the main living area. SO fun! We were a little confused at first at how to access the beach. The on-line pics made it look like the access road was directly off the front of the house. We soon realized that if you follow the wooden walkway around the side/back of the house and across the treed area, the access road appeared. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk. Wished there was a side walk as I would have felt more comfortable sending the younger ones down the road alone, but all in all , the road did not see a great amount of traffic. The only thing we had wished was present that was not was a "rinse off/shower/bathroom" area at the Inlet Beach access point. We had friends staying close to Rosemary Walkover A, so were able to use those facilities as needed. The beach was beautiful and the water could have easily be mistaken for that of the Caribbean! Rob was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to answer questions about the surrounding area. Jessica at the Management company was also very helpful. We enjoyed Rosemary and touring around on rented bikes. Super vacation and looking forward to heading back!!"

  • More than a carriage house

"This is a great find - perfectly located within a short walk to everything in Rosemary, cozy and yet plenty of space for a family of five (kids ages 12, 11, 7), nicely equipped kitchen, view of the ocean, and two full bathrooms. Also enjoyed the master bedroom book nooks next to the bed. We loved our time here. Thank you!"

  • Spring Break 2015

"We enjoyed our stay in Seacrest Beach and the house easily met our needs. Although the neighborhood is a bit tight and overwhelming in size, we found the location of this house to be very good. The house is at the end of a dead end street and next to a gravel walkway leading out to the entrance of Alys Beach. It was quiet and easy to access using the bikes and for walking our dog. The house was clean, roomy and the two 2nd floor bedrooms were larger than expected. The 3rd floor was great for our teenage daughter and her friend but with so many stairs to get there it would not be ideal for older folks. As far as improvements we would recommend adding a gas grill, updating the wifi (spotty reception and phones didn't work) and adding to the kitchen more silverware. My biggest negative was the beach access. You can call the shuttle and get a ride but when they are busy it's difficult to get through. Having the golf cart is nice to drop off others at the subdivision entrance to shorten the walk to the beach (you can't cross 30A with the golf cart) or go to the Seacrest Villages. I recommend renting bikes to get around."

  • Wonderful Spring Break

"We had a great time, the home was decorated beautifully and very spacious. We loved riding bikes everywhere we went because it was so convenient. The bunk bed room was perfect for the little girls and the king beds were VERY comfortable. There was no gas in the grill, so we called and they came right away to refill it. Also, the freezer did not work, so they also sent a repair man for us after one call. Everything else was great. Loved the combo lock on the door so we did not have to take a key. We will definitely be back to stay again!!!"
