  • Perfection!

    Todd

"The wife and I just returned from a wonderful retreat to Rosemary Beach. This carriage house is absolutely perfect for a couple looking to get away and enjoy some peace and quiet. The owner was very easy to work with, the space was clean. The outdoor shower was our favorite part of the trip."

  • First Time Rosemary Beach Go'ers

    jan m.

"The house was exactly as described online... The furniture and all decor was very tastefully done and created a very upscale "home away from home" atmosphere. You could tell a lot of thought went into the decor, furniture and lighting. House colors were soothing and furniture comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with whatever you could imagine you would need on a daily basis....including utensils and cookware. Cabinets were stocked glasses, plates, bowls as well as Tupperware - all a large family could need and then some! Thank you for including dish soap, kitchen sponge, dishwasher packets and coffee filters - that was a super nice touch and did not go unnoticed! All the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We placed a call into the management company regarding one of the bunk beds that needed tightening on the upper loft and they had a repair person out that same day. 'Loved that the rooms all had their own TVs and quality wood blinds for those that wanted to sleep in. We really enjoyed having the extra "game room" down stairs for our boys to hang out in. We also made use of the floor checkers set in the main living area. SO fun! We were a little confused at first at how to access the beach. The on-line pics made it look like the access road was directly off the front of the house. We soon realized that if you follow the wooden walkway around the side/back of the house and across the treed area, the access road appeared. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk. Wished there was a side walk as I would have felt more comfortable sending the younger ones down the road alone, but all in all , the road did not see a great amount of traffic. The only thing we had wished was present that was not was a "rinse off/shower/bathroom" area at the Inlet Beach access point. We had friends staying close to Rosemary Walkover A, so were able to use those facilities as needed. The beach was beautiful and the water could have easily be mistaken for that of the Caribbean! Rob was wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to answer questions about the surrounding area. Jessica at the Management company was also very helpful. We enjoyed Rosemary and touring around on rented bikes. Super vacation and looking forward to heading back!!"

  • Late Summer Getaway to Rosemary Beach

    Edward

"This property is located a very short stroll to Walkover A (Easternmost walkover in Rosemary Beach) and the Coquina Pool. Walkover A is nice since it is one of only a few walkovers at Rosemary Beach with stairs and a ramp, perfect for rolling the provided wagon down to the ocean loaded with chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach bag, etc. I would definitely give the location an "A". The Cottage itself is very well appointed with appliances in the kitchen and a nice washer and dryer in the good-sized bathroom. The TV's are modern and the furniture is comfortable. In fact, the pull-out couch feels like a normal bed, as it has been upgraded in some way. The included bikes were an added feature that is a must when visiting this area. There are so many great places to see via bike. The biking/jogging path along 30-A is a great place to exercise. Most importantly, the unit was very clean, sometimes tough to do at the beach. The owner seems to try very hard to keep it that way and the upkeep of the unit was terrific. The Cottage can easily accommodate a family of four, but was also perfect for a couple getting away for a week. We will definitely return to stay again in the future. Thank you, Gayle for making sure our stay was great."
