  • Fantastic home!

"This was my first trip to Santa Rosa Beach and it was fantastic! Pineapple Under the Sea is great home that is well cared for and the location can't be beat. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, well maintained and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The owner was extremely pleasant, helpful and quick to respond. My friends and I really enjoyed our time at Pineapple Under the Sea and we are already considering a trip back next year. I would absolutely recommend this home to others."

  • Beach Vacation-Joy Happens

"Home is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood in Old Florida Village. We have stayed in this area before and this house provided good comfort and excellent amenities. The only catch was the house was not completely ready when we moved in due to previous renters (snowbirds) leaving house with issues that required maintenance assistance to the freezer. Housekeeper was still in house and had been working for over 8 hours as she informed us. Maintenance repair was made within a couple of hours of our arrival. From this point forward the house was good and we thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to points east and west on 30-A as well as relatively short driving distance to Destin. For a family of 7 (our group) this was about the maximum occupancy given rooms, beds and bathrooms. All systems worked well with adequate heating and cooling of water and air. Appliances all were in working order. TV and Wireless network was good although there did not appear to be HDTV on any of the sets. Overall, good house in great neighborhood free from noise and rowdy renters. There appeared to be a mix of home owners as well who were very nice and welcoming. We parked and rode our bikes throughout the stay (5 nights) and had no issues with safety in keeping bikes at house."

  • Perfect vacation for our spring break

"We had a wonderful stay in Hold Your Seahorses. The place is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our week there. The neighborhood is family oriented and felt very safe. The beach was not crowded and the sand is so soft and white! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Love the area because it isn't a dumpy beach town with tons of touristy strip malls. It isn't overdeveloped but retains the natural beauty of the region. Owners were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process smooth. Great choice!"

  • Our second year!

"This is the second time we have rented this house from Sascha, and it never disappoints. the location is ideal for pool access (especially with little ones) and the beach is only a block away! The loft area is great for a getaway for littles to watch their shows, while the adults can gather in the living area. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with anything you need to make the simplest meal to a gourmet delight. The neighborhood is perfect for walking your pets. I would highly recommend this house to anyone."
