"We had a wonderful time at the beach house. Renee was responded quickly to any questions I had prior to the trip. When we arrived a nice happy for the kids as well as the adults was on the table. The location was perfect for our family (as it was right across the street from the beach). The kids enjoyed the community pool that was close to the house as well. We will come back!!"

"We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was close to the beach and was perfect for the weekend get away we were wanting. The beach was not crowded and was perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend!"

"My family just returned from another great week at PC! We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Watch 4 (complete with dolphins) but since we rent here every summer and have seen the competition, I have some suggestions for simple maintenance that would bring this unit from good to excellent. I loved the ceramic tiled floors for the beach and the pets. The bedding is very nice and the bunk mattress look new. Very tastefully decorated! Supplied with sufficient towels; could use some new washcloths. This unit is somewhat clean, though the dog kept bringing out dust bunnies from under the beds. A through deep-cleaning of the rooms is in order. A long mirror would be nice for at least one of the bedrooms. The AC worked like a charm even in the 100+heat. The kitchen remodel is excellent, the appliances all work great: stovetop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer & dryer are first rate, but there is a shortage of unchipped coffee cups and microwavable bake ware. A quick trip to the dollar store could fix this. I bought an ice cream scoop for you; you are welcome. The dishwasher needs to be bolted to the cabinet. The door handle of the sliding glass door is broken; we just kept it locked and used the middle door. The exterior light beside the front door is hanging by a thread. A ladder, screwdriver, and a few screws would add so much to the curb appeal. The weeds in the beds along the walk have gone unattended for so long they are thigh-high & full of annoying weed seeds that cling to your clothing every time you come in the front door. If this were my place, I would sod the sandy areas beside the parking; another curb appeal upgrade. BUT the biggest problem are the tall hedges along the deck. It is the first thing you notice when you walk into the beautifully furnished living room with three wonderful sliding glass doors. I understand all about the importance of stabilizing the sand dune but when you pay for an ocean view, it is disheartening to look out upon unkempt shrubs that block the view and the breezes!! Why, oh, why, do you not cut the hedges down to below the railing??? I think an investment of around $300 in cleaning and landscaping would bring this place into the 5 star level!!"
