  • Perfect Place

"Fourth floor unit with a balcony and beautiful ocean view. The unit is small but with its perfect location between Alys Beach and Seacrest you won't be in the room much. The unit is spotless and comfortable. One of the best values you will find in this location with an ocean view."

  • Great Location, quiet, pretty!

"Have stayed in Destin for YEARS, but decided to try a new place on this Girls Only Trip. We loved the location. It was walking distance to great eating places and the beach. Gotta try Acme Ice House and order the Angry Chicken Pizza. Drive a little ways to The Donut Hole. can't suggest any one thing from there. It is ALLLLLLL good. There is one in Destin that I have been going to since 1987. They just built this one. Pleasant surprise! The condo is small, but was perfect for us (just two gals needing some serious beach time). Big bathroom. They used every inch of space. As two ladies traveling, we felt very safe in this area at all times. First time on a murphy bed, but it was good. Loved being able to put the bed into the wall during the day. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening beverages. Cynthia was great to work with and very organized. For us, she had thought of everything we would need for a pleasant stay. Would I go back? YES Would I recommend it to a you? YES"

  • A great spot

"The room was quite cozy and SUPER clean. The pool was always open, which was great for a night swim after a day at the beach. It's within walking distance of some fantastic dining spots in Rosemary Beach, and a relatively short drive to Watercolor and Seacrest for some more great dining and some shopping. The only things that kept it from being perfect was that the bed squeaked HORRIBLY, getting on or off the bed. The other is the beach is on the fringes of being too far to walk, if you plan on bringing more than just a towel. Chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc can be really cumbersome, although there is a free (add tip) shuttle that is fairly easy to arrange. Lastly, there is no cooking surface in the unit, so be prepared for some high price dining, or some cold, or microwave meals, if you want to cut costs. We brought cereals and fruits for breakfast and sandwich supplies and snacks to take with us in a cooler so we could spend more time on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I am quite planning on it. :)"

  • Great condo!

"We just got back from staying in this condo for a week. The condo is in a middle unit, which is larger than most of the ones in the building. The balcony is awesome. We had our coffee out there in the morning and occasionally sat out during the evening. It's an easy walk to restaurants in Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary Beaches. The owners were great! They had a book of restaurant reviews from people who have stayed and also a binder full of other restaurants and things to do in the area. We used it a lot. It was a great tool to have! We had a small issue with the door code, but called Mike and he got it taken care of right away. Booking the condo with Mike was easy, too. I would definitely stay at this unit again!"
