"We stayed here for the first time over labor day weekend 2015. We had 4 adults, a teenager and two babies. The house had a good layout and has a lot of room for more people than we had with us. We were able to watch the fireworks in Alys Beach from the 3rd floor deck. It was clean and well maintained. Although we did not get to use them it is great that they have a bunch of bikes for use by the guests. The only minor drawback to this house is the view from the front porch. It looks out at the large brick condos that are adjacent to the Seacrest Beach community of houses. It is not bad - but different from the rest of neighborhood of beach style houses. However it is in an excellent location - a couple of blocks from the large pool and a stones throw from restaurants and shops. During dinner at Acme Ice House and La Cocina we were able to quickly run back to the house for baby stuff. I would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I have been going to the gulf coast of Florida for 20 years. We have stayed in Navarre, Seagrove Beach and Seacrest Beach, in high rise condos, houses and townhouses. This townhouse was by far the most quiet and had the best amenities of any place we have stayed. Although it doesn't sit directly on the beach, it is only a 2 minute walk along a very nice boardwalk to reach the white sands. The ONLY draw back was the lawn sprinkler system. We had to time when to go to the beach and come back from the beach so we wouldn't get drenched by the lawn sprinklers. The sprinklers also ruined our plans to grill seafood on the very nice grills they have on the back lawn because the grills and tables were always damp and there was always the possibility of getting drenched in the middle of cooking. BUT other than the sprinklers being somewhat of a challenge, we had a wonderful vacation!"

"When we came home from Anchor Cliff after a wonderful week’s stay, we read the article in the Chicago Tribune Travel section entitled “Panhandle perfection.” And they were correct! Not only was our home perfect, the owners very accommodating, but the area is absolutely wonderful! We found it easy to get to by air, and lots to do while there. The home is beautifully furnished and comfortable, wonderful view and of course the beach is magnificent! “Kids running on the beach and a family having portraits shot where silhouetted against a reddish-orange sky as big golden sun sank into the Gulf.” Yes, that’s what we found as well."

"What a wonderful experience from first contact to security deposit refund. Owner and manager always responded to inquiry quickly. Pictures do not even do the place justice. Newer, larger flat screen in the main area. Great AC. Fully equipped kitchen. Steps from the pool and beach access. Beach and umbrella setup included. So convenient to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and shops at Seacrest. Easy walk or bike ride. Parking for two cars. Great community with security and gate access. Looking forward to returning again"
