"Our family of 5 and 3 pets thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We will definitely be back! The home was in great condition, with all the amenities needed for our stay. Loved the heated pool too! The beach was absolutely beautiful, white sandy and emerald water - closeby too! There are restaurants closely as well as a Publix grocery store. We ate dinner out one night and we cooked the rest of our meals in-house. We used the barbeque grill provided. We also loved the quiet & private location. The landlord was very polite and accomodating. Again, we will definitely be returning."

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We had a wonderful stay in Seagrove at Mistral 22. The condo was well appointed and served our families well. What a view!!! Beach access was perfect. The property was VERY clean and we were served very well. We ate at Stinky's and at Local Catch and the food was excellent. The highlight of the trip, however, was Charlie's Donut Truck in Alys Beach. WOW! The only negative was the beach chair service set us up two days in a row behind other folks, so we had to move to watch our kids play in the surf. It was more of an annoyance than anything. We've been going to Destin for 10 years for memorial day, but decided to try something new. Seagrove/Santa Rosa is our new go to place!"

"We had a great week at Spoonful of Sugar. It is a brand new home and in perfect condition. TV's in every bedroom was nice. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We found the kitchen to be adequately designed for simple cooking, but complex cooking would require a few more pots and pans. Internet worked great, HVAC was very efficient.
One suggestion for the owners is to completely clear out the back area and landscape it, like so many homeswoners have done there. That would leave a free path to the "back alley", instead of walking through weeds and bushes to get to the house. It also would make the lot appear bigger.
1. I wish, in the "starter pack" of cleaners, the property manager would put ONE pack of laundry detergent, there was none and we needed one so we had to make a special trip to the store for that. It makes sense to leave at least one pack of laundry detergent because they already supply enough starter shampoo, soap and dish washing detergent for a day or so.
2. The cleaning lady showed up at 945 at Saturday checkout (checkout is at 10, and we updated the website to inform the manager that was the time we would be leaving) and parked in our driveway after doing a few drive-bys. She was kind of in-my-face, like "I'm waiting for you to get out" . Total invasion of privacy. I've had this sort of pressure at Seacrest before and it is really unpleasant, kind of puts a damper on the week."

"Thanks, Jason, for a fun week at Seacrest Beach. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out, is well maintained, stocked with everything we needed and is in a great location. Everything is within easy walking distance, with the resort pool right out the front door, the beach 3 or 4 minutes from the back door and the restaurants and ice cream less than 5 minutes up the sidewalk. Seacrest Beach is also an easy drive to Panama City Beach for the fun things the kids like, such as the water park, amusement park and pier shops. The bike path along 30A was perfect for our early morning runs and evening bike rides. We definitely plan on coming back for another visit."
