"We stayed at this lovely home during the labor day week. The beach was clean, the gulf water so warm nd clear. The best part was the availability of the tram that would take us back and forth . Little to no wait time and the driver was very polite. The beach home is very spacious with the amount of us there, we never felt crammed up stairs with the large bedrooms, private baths . The fully equipped kitchen was great for our fan fare- breakfast, lunch or dinners. The main living area was great for family time, games, movies some nice down time. The front porch has a swing and the 2nd floor had a balcony. The evenings were very nice and comfortable and private. This beach home even had beach towels (that saved us packing space) and beach chairs we could take to the beach . The tram driver was very accommodating us to as we brought these items and a cooler to the beach. The location is great , a beautiful neighborhood. We can't wait to go back."

"This was our first trip to the Emerald Coast and we came during 'Spring Break'...!!! I agree with all the reviews regarding the cleanliness, the amenities, the east of working with Katie.. there is just nothing to complain about with "Ahhs in the Sand".
Because this was our first trip, I can only share with you our perception of Seacrest Beach area... during Spring Break...! You are kind of ... sort of ... 'in the middle' ... Which turns out... was a GREAT thing..! We were close enough to where our 15 year old had so much fun walking or riding his bike to meet the BIZILLION other teens every day/night.. but we were far enough away from the craziness of the bigger spring break madness, which allowed us to feel like we could retreat to our 'space' when we needed.
Plus the area around Seacrest continues to develop. Currently the "HUB" (35 shopping/eating venues) is being built and is said to open in Summer of 2015. This area is definitely biking distance. The few eating venues around Seacrest were very busy during Spring Break. Next time we will plan to try them!
We worried that we might be too far from the beach or the 'shuttle' would be a hassle.. but the beach access for Seacrest is directly across the street from the main 'Blvd' in Seacrest and CAN be walked very easily. Ahhs in the sand is closer to the front entrance of the community which was also a great location.
The only slight disappointments we came across was the FREEZING cold community pool. So many people were commenting on how nice it would have been to get IN the pool... but it was very cold in early April (or at least too cold for me!) ... and the very cute community with people sitting on porches and walking about.. was pretty dark in areas. There are street lights.. but too few and far between to say the streets are well lit at night.
I would very much recommend Ahhs in the Sand... Seacrest .. and renting from Katie..! We all had a very memorable trip !!"

"This was a great house to have our holiday gathering. It was child friendly for our toddler granddaughter and plenty of sleeping space. The living area allowed our whole family (10 adults and 1 toddler) to congregate, play games, etc. Great location to walk to Rosemary Square, Seacrest Village, and Alys Beach area. A good time was had by all!"
