Nice House; Community has issues
"There were a few minor issues with the house, but overall it was a very comfortable home. The ice maker didn't function properly and we had to purchase ice for our daily use. The cleaners were an hour late leaving the property. There was a few kitchen essentials that we had to purchase ourselves. The biggest issue was the community and I would have liked to have known before we booked this home, which is why I'm writing a review. The access to the beach is limited because you can only go through the community directly in front of the main entrance to the Seacrest community. They do not allow bikes or any other wheeled objects (wheelbarrows, coolers, strollers) to go through their community, much less a car. So you have to park them across the street and carry all of your beach things (and kids) a good quarter mile to the beach. There are a few large golf carts the Seacrest community provides that you call and they will come to you, but only one can go into the beachside community at a time and there are only a handful, so during prime times, you will wait. I'm sure this system works fine in non-peak weeks, but in the middle of July it was quite annoying. The beach is also very crowded because everyone from these two communities is accessing it at from the same staircase. Two beach chair companies have monopolized the space and if you want to purchase an umbrella and two chairs it's $275 for the week or $50 a day. If you don't rent an umbrella for the week, you are hauling your things even farther down the beach. All these things considered, the water was beautiful and we had a wonderful time. We just wished we had known the issues with the beach access before we had selected this house/community. There is also a lot of construction going on in the community, so there was noise all day starting early in the morning."

"We love this house and working with the kind owners. It is a good space for 2 families (4 kids total) because there is enough room but it's also cozy. They have provided everything you need for the beach including tons of beach towels. We like how quiet it is at the back end of Seacrest beach area, right on a nature trail. We enjoy the good exercise of the walk to the beach, but shuttle also easily available if you're willing to wait a bit. Easy to enjoy restaurants and stores nearby. The owners are easy to work with and even mailed a lost item of my child's to us! They clearly love this home and they want you to have a great stay and enjoy it too. It is decorated nicely and everything is comfortable and stylish. The Seacrest area also has an amazing swimming pool for kids to play in (adults too). If you don't mind not staying beach front, this house will not let you down."

"We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Blue Crab Loop! Our group of 4 (plus a toddler) fit in the house perfectly with room to spare. The most important thing to me when going on vaction and renting a property is cleanlines and 360 did not disappoint. The house was perfectly clean, the dishes were all clean and in great shape and the 4 bikes that came with the house were also in good shape. The one and only issue with the house we were notified about prior to our arrival and didnt affect us at all. (A non working 1/2bathroom) The house is a very short walk to the huge pool in the community. It's not that short of a walk to the beach, definitely doable if all adults involved but when we were ready to go to the beach we just called the beach tram and someone would come to pick us up in minutes! Which was actually a lot nicer than having to walk at all! Overall we were thoroughly impressed with our stay and with the property itself. We will definitely be booking through 360 again!"
