  • Coastal charm

"Beautifully decorated, cozy coastal home that makes you want to stay indefinitely. High ceilings throughout, open floor plan, built in speakers, screened porch, and balcony seating in a nice, quiet side of Seacrest that backs up to a wooded area. A little walk to the beach and pool but the tram was convenient for pick up and drop offs. Lovely area! Will be back!"

  • Almost Perfect

"I have absolutely no complaints about this house. It was beautiful, comfortable, affordable, and very well stocked. We had 3 families and had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The pool is amazing, however, it's more like a 3-block walk as the pool is at the front of the neighborhood and the house is at the back. However it wasn't an issue walking with a 4-yr-old and an 18-month-old all the stuff they come with, so, again, no complaints, just a clarification. The shuttle to the beach is prompt and very nice. The best part was they have a TON of children's beach and pool toys, as well as beach chairs and that is just less stuff you have to pack. I will definitely be looking for this house again next year. One more thing.... If you have small children that aren't good with steps, there are a lot of them, so you will need to bring a couple of baby gates."

  • Extremely Convenient and Very Comfortable

"Convenience: A few steps out the door and you are in the pool. A few steps more and there's the golf cart shuttling you to the beach. First floor with close parking, to say this place is convenient is an understatement. Food: The restaurants and shops in the vicinity are mildly over-priced, but the food is great. I highly recommend Bruno's if you like a good pizza. No oven, but there is a microwave, electric skillet, and toaster oven. Publix and Winn-Dixie are only minutes away. Beach: The beach can get congested with all of the rental chairs and umbrellas. The shuttle service only runs until 5pm. If you were to walk, it's about 10 to 15 minutes. That said, the beach is gorgeous. Traffic: Patience is a virtue. 30A is a two-lane road with plenty of pedestrian crosswalks. Plan for frequent stops. All things considered, this is a a great stay for a great price. Highly recommend."

  • Family Vacation from 1 to 67 - all had a great time

"The accommodations were great. Everything was so convenient and the gates were a big help for the baby. We couldn't get over all of the baby/toddler stuff you had available. Everyone had a great time. We parked the car when we arrived and didn't get back in it until time to return home - bicycles and walking. We hope to make a return trip."
