"If you are looking for a luxurious, intimate setting near the beach, this is it! Very well appointed and maintained, this home is ideal for 4-6 people to enjoy the incredible emerald waters of the gulf coast. Very convenient to the white sandy beach, pool and nearby restaurants in Rosemary Beach and Village of Seacrest. Highly recommend this jewel!"Guest: Pratt F. "This was our third visit to 30A during August. This has been my favorite place to stay so far. It was really nice being so close to the beach, and not having to haul quite as much stuff down each day. Also, we would eat dinner on the patio and enjoy the beautiful view. We had three adults and two children, there was plenty of room. You could easily have two couples with four children. We will definitley be back again!"Guest: J. "The room was quite cozy and SUPER clean. The pool was always open, which was great for a night swim after a day at the beach. It's within walking distance of some fantastic dining spots in Rosemary Beach, and a relatively short drive to Watercolor and Seacrest for some more great dining and some shopping. The only things that kept it from being perfect was that the bed squeaked HORRIBLY, getting on or off the bed. The other is the beach is on the fringes of being too far to walk, if you plan on bringing more than just a towel. Chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc can be really cumbersome, although there is a free (add tip) shuttle that is fairly easy to arrange. Lastly, there is no cooking surface in the unit, so be prepared for some high price dining, or some cold, or microwave meals, if you want to cut costs. We brought cereals and fruits for breakfast and sandwich supplies and snacks to take with us in a cooler so we could spend more time on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I am quite planning on it. :)"Guest: NavSirhc Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 11, 2014View listing
"This was our second trip to this area of Florida and our first time staying at this house. The house is simply adorable! The house was exactly what we needed. The beds were really comfortable and we had plenty of room. Neighborhood was very quite and a quick walk or bike ride to the beach. Pool was nice but a little on the small side for teens but would be great for smaller children. My husband broke his leg skim boarding the first day there and he was able to at least enjoy sitting by the pool as the rest of us went to the beach. My only complaint if any was the fact that there weren't any extra rolls of toilet paper. Lol. We had gone grocery shopping ahead of time but didn't even consider that we'd have to bring our own. Other than that, the kitchen was fully stocked we everything we needed. We would definately recommend this home and would consider renting it again."Guest: Dianna Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 25, 2014View listing
