  • Family Trip - Exceeded Expectations

"This was our first time staying at this darling home. It has everything, most of all a great location. So very close to the beach, pool and shopping. We had a terrific time on what we called the 3rd floor "crow's nest" - best view of the ocean and a great place for cocktail hour with friends. We found the Seacrest Beach North neighborhood to be very well planned. Our kids walked to the massive pool, the tram was always available and the houses were very well maintained. The owner had listed different locations to seek out and we hit most of them. Our favorites included The Pearl Hotel for a drink along with Pish Posh Patchoulis and Tracery Design (all in Rosemary) for shopping. In Seaside we had happy hour Oysters at Great Southern Cafe (the best). We also went to Grayton Beach for a day. It was fun to explore, see our friends and ultimately make plans for next year! We can't wait to return to this very cool house."

  • Extremely Convenient and Very Comfortable

"Convenience: A few steps out the door and you are in the pool. A few steps more and there's the golf cart shuttling you to the beach. First floor with close parking, to say this place is convenient is an understatement. Food: The restaurants and shops in the vicinity are mildly over-priced, but the food is great. I highly recommend Bruno's if you like a good pizza. No oven, but there is a microwave, electric skillet, and toaster oven. Publix and Winn-Dixie are only minutes away. Beach: The beach can get congested with all of the rental chairs and umbrellas. The shuttle service only runs until 5pm. If you were to walk, it's about 10 to 15 minutes. That said, the beach is gorgeous. Traffic: Patience is a virtue. 30A is a two-lane road with plenty of pedestrian crosswalks. Plan for frequent stops. All things considered, this is a a great stay for a great price. Highly recommend."

  • lovely!

"This unit is perfect. Extremely spacious for a studio. It is well decorated and very clean and organized. The owner did a great job making it comfortable and homey. There is also tons of storage space, which I have found lacking in other units that we have stayed in on this property. I highly recommend this property."

  • Winter Getaway

"Being from Chicago, any place without snow seemed like the perfect place. Our time at Blue Tide was indeed the perfect place. Clean, well furnished, and with a view that is nothing but spectacular! Neighbors are friendly and the frequent dolphin show directly in front of our patio was awesome! Definitely a place I'd recommend."
