  • Loved Gulf Brees -- Everything you could ask for in Seacrest!!

"My family loved our recent 30-A vacation at Gulf Brees in Seacrest. The home was very neat and clean and had everything we needed for our family of five for the week. We only had one small issue and a service provider was onsite promptly to take care of it. The proximity to the pool was great -- very close but not directly out the front door which allowed for more privacy. We rented bikes from Peddler's and rode everywhere! We enjoyed lots of local shopping and exploring and meals at Bud and Alley's in Seaside, Red Bar in Grayton Beach and nearby George's at Aly's Beach -- all our favorites! The kids actually looked forward to riding the tram across the street to get to the beach! Location near the front of the neighborhood made for a quick walk, though --unless you are carrying lots of beach gear:) We had such a great time, we decided to stay an extra night! And Jason was extremly accomodating throughout the entire process -- a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Gulf Brees!!"

  • Great Condo--Everything we wanted and more!

"We spent a wonderful week Hi Pointe in this unit. It was immaculate and much larger than expected. The kitchen was very well-stocked and had everything we could have asked for. Comfortable beds, and nice linens. We had a wonderful view of the pool and were within short walking distance to beach, shops restaurants, bicycle rental, etc. Perfect location with great balance of enough to do but still quiet enough to be relaxing. The owner was professional and responded to any questions very quickly. Hope we get the opportunity to come back!"

  • Multi-generation vacation!

"There were 10 of us, spanning 4 generations, who stayed at Emerald Views last week. Each one of us, from the 74 year old down to the 2 year old, had a wonderful time. Our oldest daughter is an artist and she spent hours each day on one of the porches sketching. She was even inspired to pull out her water colors. The teenage girls had a great time walking around Seacrest, going into to the shops, and watching the concerts on the circle at night. The two year old liked going on bike rides with his parents at night before bed. And my 19 year old daughter and I had a nice morning ride down to Charlie’s Donut truck (BTW, BEST sour cream donuts I’ve ever had). We all thoroughly enjoyed each other's company and spent hours around the table talking and being entertained by the two year old, who LOVED the round, green pillows that he dubbed “Pickle Hats!!” We ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen was well stocked and we did not miss anything in the way of kitchen tools. There were even some extra plates that allowed us to serve our brother and sister-in-law when they came for dinner from Eglin AFB. The rooms and the porches allowed those seeking some down time a place to go if they wanted a quiet spot to read or nap. I particularly enjoyed reading on the upstairs swing each morning. Thank you for helping make our first family vacation in ten years a special one. The memories we made in your home are priceless."

  • Great Girls Weekend

"We had a great 3 night stay. The unit was very clean and so nice to have a tiny kitchenette with mini frig. It is located within walking distance to Rosemary and Alys so we could walk to dinner each night. It was very convenient to nice to have the Seacrest shops and restaurants right below. It was 4 girls and were able to rent Reba's other room, Reba's Retreat, right next door. Our pool pass had expired and they would not let us in the pool as of that day without the new pass. Reba was so nice and made sure we had a new pass within 2 hours of letting her know. We would defiantly rent with her again."
