"What a beautiful beach home! The kids love the free bikes and we love such a safe area to let them run loose with the rest of the kids from all over the south. The staff was very helpful and the home was just perfect for the six of us! Great location and a very beachy feel to the home. We love it and have already booked an adult trip this winter and rebooked for next summer!!"

"We loved our stay in Seagrove. The cottage (it looks and feels like a cottage but is really good sized - plenty of space) is very well appointed. It has a beautiful kitchen, great electronics for movie nights, beautiful porches and "crow's nest" decks for great stargazing. The first half of the week was me, our eldest daughter and her friends (high school seniors). My job was to stay out of the way.
The teens had a blast, loved the beach and had a great time hanging out and cooking in. The house is nicely appointed to spend time with a group.
Second half of the week was our family: my husband, me, our four children plus a friend; sleeps six comfortably (2 queen BRs, a daybed with trundle in turret plus a cool little daybed alcove off kitchen). Again, great amenities - great assortment of beach toys to the delight of our 8-year old and lots of decks and porches for "space" for our three teenaged daughters to hangout, sunbath and chat. The turret room and its porches were a huge hit with our girls.
The beach is gorgeous and an easy walk (5 minutes tops). Great area to bike ride; easy access to bike paths so 14 and 12-year old enjoyed freedom to roam, safely. We cooked in most nights but there are great dining options a walk or short drive away. The owners, the Hoyts, were pleasant, accessible and responsive.
All in all, one of the loveliest beach homes we've stayed in. This was our first stay in Seagrove and we will return!"

"We have stayed at Forgot Mai Tai several times and have always had a great experience! We have stayed in the Spring, Summer, and Winter and have always had an enjoyable time. The house is very homey and welcoming and it makes you feel comfortable staying there. The beach is beautiful sugar white sand and we enjoy sitting and reading, taking a walk, or swimming in the Gulf (beautiful sunsets too!). The location is great, right on 30A and in addition to the restaurants and shops offered in Seagrove Beach, you are a bike ride or car ride from nearby towns Seaside and Watercolor. We enjoy renting bikes and riding along the bike paths on 30A. The house is fully appointed with everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. The screened porch on the first floor is a nice place to relax, as well as the second floor deck. All of the bedrooms have their own bath which is a great feature. Whenever we stay at Forgot Mai Tai we never want to leave!"

"This home offered more than seen in the pictures! We were impressed with the fully equipped kitchen which allowed us to share a group meal with two other families who were in Seagrove at the same time. The layout of the home was open downstairs, yet offered privacy for the bedrooms upstairs. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!"
